Responsibilities: Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and approved Baseline Schedules for projects. Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and plans using Primavera. Prepare high-level project progress and performance reports for executive management using Power BI. Conduct S-Curve analyses and perform resource and manpower loading. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. Track project progress against baseline plans, identify deviations, and conduct delay analyses. Support risk identification processes and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Propose necessary corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns. Contribute to preparing tender and bid schedules when needed. Coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence to time and financial targets.<br>Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning within real estate development projects.
