The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration while providing guidance to employees and managers.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Supervise the daily activities of the HR department and provide guidance to the HR team. POSITION SUMMARYThe Shift Supervisor oversees the control operations and the work performed by other control room positions. This role is responsible and accountable for the operation of all utility assets including; traditional Utility assets such as Power Plants, Transmission lines, Distribution, Substation, as well as non-utility behind the meter assets such as DERs and BESS. The Shift Supervisor directs electric system operations engineering by monitoring, planning, analysing, directing, and executing 24/7 grid operations. Directly responsible for managing Company generation and transmissionoperations functions to maintain safe and reliable electric service to prevent power outages. Monitors multiple switching and distribution operations centres showing operating conditions of lines and equipment throughout the system and adjusts or directs workers to make adjustments as conditions warrant. Takes responsibility for substation operations and other field personnel to de-energize malfunctioning circuits oradjust switches to ensure safety of all crews and the public as well as ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical systems. Ensures the stability and reliability of the electrical grid. The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power to produce green ammonia for global export, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.<br>Position Summary The GHE ASU & Utilities Operation Shift Supervisor is a key member of the NGHC Operations & Maintenance team, responsible for leading the safe and reliable operation of the ASU & Utilities plants during the assigned shift. ملخص الوظيفة<br>تقديم التوجيه والقيادة المباشرة للموظفين في قسم خدمات الركاب لضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة في منصات تسجيل الوصول وبوابات الصعود وخدمة مساعدة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (MAAS) لكل شركة طيران، وذلك ضمن بيئة الامتثال التنظيمي. المسؤولية عن إدارة كافة مهام فريق خدمات الركاب خلال نوبة العمل لضمان حساب جميع الحقائب، وتحقيق الإقلاع في الوقت المحدد دون أي تناقضات، وتحقيق رضا العملاء من الركاب وشركات الطيران.<br>المسؤوليات<br>أداء جميع مهام وكيل خدمات الركاب (حسب الوصف الوظيفي) بالإضافة إلى مسؤوليات الإشراف. قيادة وتوجيه الفريق لتحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف القسمية المحددة. ضمان الامتثال لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs). إجراء التعديلات قبل وبعد الرحلات. مراقبة حضور جميع موظفي مناولة الركاب (تسجيل الوصول، MAAS/PRM). إجراء إيجاز يومي للموظفين، وتعيين وتوزيع العمل، ومراجعة العمل للتأكد من دقته واكتماله، وإعادة المهام مع التوصيات للإنجاز السليم إلى مدير خدمات الركاب. ضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد من خلال إعادة التخصيص. مراقبة عمليات البوابة ومكتب التحويل لكل رحلة وفقًا لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA). التنسيق مع فريق خدمات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بشأن جميع طلبات المناولة الخاصة. مراقبة وتنسيق إغلاق الرحلات وفقًا لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة وإرسال الأوراق إلى مراقب الرحلة. إدارة الطوابير في صالة المغادرة لضمان سلاسة العمليات. ضمان الحفاظ على الاحترافية في جميع الاتصالات عبر البريد الإلكتروني، واللاسلكي، والتلكس، والهاتف. تنظيم وإدارة الموارد أثناء الأزمات، مثل اضطرابات الرحلات، وتأخيرها، وتعطل الأنظمة، لضمان استمرار العمليات وحماية سمعة الشركة. التأكد من تنفيذ الإجراءات التي وضعتها كل شركة طيران بشكل مهني وفقًا لمواصفاتها لتلبية أو تجاوز أهداف تقديم الخدمة وفقًا لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة. مسؤول عن تحديث تقارير أعطال المعدات المكتبية والتناقضات والحوادث. التأكد من التزام الموظفين بسياسات الزي والمظهر ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية. تحفيز الموظفين وتوفير تواصل فعال ثنائي الاتجاه داخل قسم خدمات الركاب لتشجيع التغذية الراجعة وتعزيز الكفاءة والفعالية. التوصية بتغييرات في الممارسات والإجراءات التي تهدف إلى زيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية وتسريع سير العمل في القسم. تطوير أو تعديل خطط العمل والأساليب لتحديد أولويات العمل لكل نوبة. تطوير خطط تحسين الأداء للفريق، وتوثيق الأداء، وتقديم الملاحظات، وتقييم عمل الموظفين رسميًا. السعي المستمر للحصول على آراء العملاء واكتشاف الفرص للتحسين المستمر في تقديم الخدمة. تتبع مخزون القرطاسية وطلب المستلزمات عند الحاجة من شركات الطيران. ضمان تغطية أي انحرافات في العمليات اليومية (مثل الرحلات الإضافية، رحلات الشارتر، الرحلات المتأخرة) وتسوية أي مبالغ محصلة مقابل خدمات إضافية أو أمتعة زائدة. التأكد من الانتهاء من جميع أوراق وأنشطة ما بعد الرحلة. عقد جلسات مراجعة مع الفرق عند الحاجة. التحقيق في جميع المخالفات التشغيلية في الصالة وتقديم تقارير/توصيات إلى ضابط النوبة ومدير خدمات الركاب. مسؤول عن الإبلاغ عن الأحداث والانتهاكات والأفعال التي قد تؤثر على السلامة والأمن وسمعة الشركة في المطار. ضمان الاحتفاظ بسجل دقيق ومخزون لأدوات الدعم مثل أجهزة اللاسلكي، والهواتف المحمولة، والأجهزة اللوحية، وكراسي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والإبلاغ عن أي عيوب على الفور. التأكد من دقة التقارير اليومية وإدخال البيانات حسب النماذج المحددة أو في أدوات إعداد التقارير الخاصة بالشركة وتقديمها في الوقت المناسب. إنشاء تقرير ملخص لجميع الأنشطة في الصالة بعد نهاية النوبة. القيام بأي مهام إضافية يوجه بها المديرون.<br>المؤهلات والكفاءات<br>شهادة الدراسة الثانوية. شغف بخدمة العملاء وخبرة عملية ذات صلة. مهارات القيادة وإدارة الأفراد. قدرة مثبتة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات. مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم. مهارات اتصال ممتازة (كتابية ولفظية) باللغة الإنجليزية، وتعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية. الالتزام بالتحسين المستمر. إجادة استخدام الحاسوب (Word, Excel, Power Point). فهم جيد لجميع الإجراءات التنظيمية والموصى بها المتعلقة ببيئة المطار. المرونة في العمل بنظام النوبات (أيام، مساءً، ليلاً، عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، والعطلات الرسمية).
