Overview The HSE Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on construction sites in Amaala, Saudi Arabia. This role requires full physical presence on-site in Amaala to ensure compliance with regulations and promotes a culture of safety among all team members.<br>Responsibilities:HSE Policy Development:Create and update HSE policies and procedures to align with industry standards and regulations. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Training and Awareness:Conduct HSE training sessions for all site personnel to promote safety awareness. Ensure that new employees receive proper HSE orientation. Site Inspections:Maintain continuous on-site presence in Amaala to perform regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Document findings and recommend corrective actions. Incident Investigation:Lead investigations of accidents and incidents to identify root causes. Prepare reports and present findings to management with recommendations for improvement. Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on local and national HSE regulations and ensure compliance across all projects. Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits. Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and training. Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to the Projects Director.<br>Key Responsibilities & KPIs:Incident Rate: Reduction in the number of workplace incidents. Compliance Rate: Percentage of compliance with HSE regulations during inspections. Training Participation: Number of employees trained and their feedback. Risk Assessment Completion: Timeliness and thoroughness of risk assessments conducted. HSE Audit Results: Outcomes of internal and external HSE audits. Interfaces Regulatory Authorities: Interface during inspections and compliance checks. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in construction. مع العميل – شركة نيوم للهيدروجين الأخضر (NGHC). تتولى أير برودكتس مسؤولية تصميم وبناء وتسليم أجهزة التحكم في العمليات / نظام أتمتة العمليات ونطاق البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات/التكنولوجيا الرقمية. يجب أن يمتثل هذا النطاق للقوانين واللوائح المحلية الخاصة بالأمن السيبراني، والتي تعد جزءًا حيويًا في سلامة المشروع وأمنه والامتثال العام له.<br><br>إن مهندس الأمن السيبراني – قطاع الطاقة المتجددة هو مساهم فردي مؤهل فنياً بدرجة عالية ضمن فريق عمل الأمن السيبراني للمشروع، وهو مسؤول عن ضمان الامتثال للأمن السيبراني، والمرونة، والتشغيل الآمن لأنظمة توليد الطاقة ونقلها التي تدعم أصول الطاقة المتجددة واسعة النطاق (الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية، وتوربينات الرياح، ونظام تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات BESS، ومحطات التحويل ذات الجهد العالي/المتوسط، وواجهات الشبكة).<br><br>المهندس مسؤول أيضًا عن العالي/المتوسط، والربط بالشبكة، بما في ذلك واجهات PPC وEMS.</li><li>تطوير وصيانة والتحقق من سجلات أصول الأمن السيبراني للتقنية التشغيلية (OT)، والمخططات الشبكية، ونماذج المناطق والقنوات الباطن ومصنعي المعدات الأصلية (OEMs) للتحكم في وصول الأطراف الخارجية، والاتصال عن بُعد، والامتثال للأمن السيبراني أثناء الإنشاء وبدء التشغيل.</li><li>العمل كواجهة فنية للأمن السيبراني بين تنفيذ You will bridge the gap between construction, technical teams, and residential operations, resolving snags, validating system integrations, and ensuring flawless handover from project teams to operational management.<br><br>Key Areas of Responsibilities Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As Director – Hospitality Projects (Technical Services), you will need to:<br>Pre-Opening Project Leadership:Establish a close working relationship with Project Delivery team (PD). Encourage collaboration and influence outcome. Work with PD to develop realistic and workable schedules. Oversee technical completion of hotels during pre-opening phases, including MEP systems, building automation, FLS/ CCTV systems, etc …Conduct snagging audits, coordinate/ confirm defect resolution, and validate PD handovers to meet operational deadlines. Having the ability to distinguish/ mitigate/ prioritize on the fly due to developing situations/ circumstances during pre-opening. Develop and execute pre-opening checklists for technical systems, ensuring 100% functionality prior to launch. High attention to details, commitment to quality, and passion for delivering luxury developments. Provide assistance and advice to the Operator Team during handover.<br>Post-Opening Continuance:Effective tracking and monitoring of pending works, T&C, and training to ensure completion in a timely manner. Provide assistance to the Operator managing DLP<br>Risk Management:Mitigate risks related to delayed handovers, system failures, or non-compliance through proactive planning and contingency protocols. Ability to identify technical risks, drive problem-solving initiatives, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced development environment.<br>Administration:Participate actively in all project meetings and influence outcomes/ results to suit operation requirement Establish a systematic and structured documentation system to track and report on project/ snag status, change requests. Weekly dashboards/ updates are required and/ or according to requirement.<br><br>Key Qualifications Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.10+ years in hospitality project management, with 5+ years leading technical completions for luxury hotel pre-openings. PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent certifications will be advantageous.<br>Core Skills and Competencies:Expertise in MEP systems, building automation Proficiency in Auto CAD, and project management tools Deep knowledge of hospitality operational workflows (front/back of house) and their technical dependencies.
