The qualified candidate will have the specialized domain knowledge and commitment to excellence expected by the Coastal Contracting Company team.<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>Supporting the planning function across a portfolio of projects, providing analysis of cost and schedule trend information, the identification of critical path changes risks for specific projects or across a portfolio of projects. Establish, review and control schedule quality outputs for multiple consultants and contractors across a range of projects Responsible for the generation and reporting of all planning related matters – risks, CPM management, change control etc across the portfolio. Contributes to value engineering and constructability reviews. Manages the resolution of planning phase risk associated with the clarity, specificity and completeness of construction documents. Support the assessment of consultant and contactor time-related claims and advise Coastal Contracting Company of final determinations on the same. Provide executive level strategic advice to Coastal Contracting Company management teams, including the writing of management reports and delivering presentations to the executive.<br><br>Qualifications and Experience:<br>Bachelor of Science in Engineering or any other construction / development related degree.8–10 years’ experience in a large-scale mixed-used development project is desirable. The Safety Manager will lead and manage all HSE activities across construction and marine projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, international safety standards, and project requirements. Participate in technical coordination meetings with cross-functional teams as guided by the Site Cybersecurity lead. Coordinate with vendors and Air Products engineering team to resolve and liquidate the punch points identified during the field verification of the cyber assets. Coordinate and assist the Site Cybersecurity Lead with the change management activities to ensure design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup of cybersecurity scope are reviewed for schedule, and budget compliance. Prepare weekly updates and dashboard to the Site cybersecurity lead and the Project Cybersecurity Collaboration Lead. Identify and escalate risks and opportunities, Collect and report lessons learned during vendor site visits and project execution. Support OT cybersecurity handovers to operations, including procedures, asset inventories, access management, and incident response alignment. Contribute to OT Cybersecurity Operations Model, including monitoring, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and secure remote support.<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics & communication, (or) instrumentation / process automation background is preferred) or equivalent. Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Operational Technology (OT), or related field with at least 3 years focused on designing (or) building (or) validating the design/implementation of the cybersecurity for industrial control systems and networks. Project implementation experience of Saudi cyber standards HCIS, NCA, CRA compliance, ISA 62443 Industry standards, specifications, regulations, best practices. Strong knowledge and understanding of controls systems (SCADA/DCS/PLCs, etc.,), relevant protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3, IEC61850, etc.), key technologies including Firewalls, IDS, Anti-Virus, Vulnerabilities assessments, etc. in the ICS/OT networks OT/ICS cybersecurity relevant accreditations such as ISA/IEC62443, SANS or other internationally recognized certifications are preferred. Job Title: Commissioning Manager <br>Job Summary The Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all testing, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities for construction projects. The role ensures that MEP and other building systems are properly installed, tested, integrated, and operational in accordance with approved designs, specifications, codes, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, procedures, and checklists. Lead commissioning engineers, specialists, subcontractors, and vendors. Manage testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, ELV, generators, UPS, and control systems. Monitor commissioning progress and resolve technical issues, defects, and punch-list items. Ensure proper documentation, test reports, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and handover records. Coordinate client training and final system acceptance. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related Engineering.10–15 years of construction/commissioning experience, preferably with 5+ years in a commissioning management role. Contribute to OT cybersecurity handover to operations, including procedures, access governance, incident response alignment, backup, recovery, and secure remote support models<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics & communication, (or) instrumentation / process automation background is preferred) or equivalent. Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Operational Technology (OT), or related field with at least 3 years focused on designing (or) building (or) validating the design/implementation of the cybersecurity for industrial control systems and networks. Project implementation experience of Saudi cyber standards HCIS, NCA, or ISA 62443 Industry standards, specifications, regulations, best practices. Strong knowledge and understanding of controls systems (SAS, SCADA/DCS/PLCs, etc.,) including Wind Turbine systems, relevant protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3, IEC61850, etc.), key technologies including Firewalls, IDS, Anti-Virus, Vulnerabilities assessments, etc. in the ICS/OT networks OT/ICS cybersecurity relevant accreditations such as ISA/IEC62443, SANS or other internationally recognized certifications are preferred.
