‏⁦We are seeking a professional and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to join our hotel team in Abha. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, cafes, banquets, and room service), ensuring an exceptional culinary experience that meets international quality standards and reflects the unique local tourism identity⁩<br> Responsibilities & Duties ⁦Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of all hotel restaurants, cafes, and banquets to ensure seamless service. Financial Control: Manage budgets, control food and beverage costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Menu Development: Design and update food and beverage menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef to appeal to local and international tourists. Quality & Food Safety: Enforce the highest standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP) and ensure full compliance with Saudi municipality regulations. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain service excellence. Vendor & Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement to secure high-quality ingredients and manage inventory efficiently to reduce waste⁦⁩<br>⁦⁩ Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the F&B sector (4 or 5-star hotel experience is highly preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration. Languages: Full fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) to interact with guests and manage a diverse team. Financial Acumen: Strong ability to analyze financial data, manage food costs, and prepare operational reports.
