Incident & Problem Management: Manage SAP and IT-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with SAP support, cloud vendors, and business stakeholders for issue resolution and projects.<br>Role Requirements:<br>Bachelor’s degree in information technology., with Computer Science or Information Technology as major. Accredited Certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP S/4HANA System Administration.
