Overview:The Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for managing and governing complex commercial transactions and non-standard business opportunities across the deal lifecycle. The role focuses on commercial agreement management, deal structuring, pricing, financial analysis, forecasting, and governance to ensure commercially sound, financially viable, and compliant transactions. The position partners closely with sales, finance, legal, and business teams to support consistency and discipline in strategic deals execution and drive profitable growth in technology-driven businesses.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the structuring, review, and approval of complex and non-standard commercial opportunities. Provide financial and commercial advisory on deal terms, pricing models, contract structures, and business cases. Develop commercial recommendations that balance customer requirements, profitability objectives, and risk considerations. Review and evaluate commercial agreements to ensure financial viability, commercial integrity, and policy compliance. Support contract negotiations and assess commercial terms, payment structures, and financial commitments. Ensure appropriate documentation and governance throughout the transaction lifecycle. Partner with sales teams to implement pricing strategies and deal packaging guidelines. Build medium- and long-term account planning routines with the sales team, following up periodically, and briefing management accordingly. Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis, what-if comparisons, and sensitivity assessments on key deals. Evaluate transaction profitability, margins, investment requirements, and long-term financial implications. Ensure compliance with commercial policies, approval frameworks, and financial governance requirements. Conduct financial, commercial, and contractual risk assessments for strategic transactions. Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals for complex business opportunities. Facilitate sales booking forecasts and commercial performance reports. Analyze deal pipelines, bookings, and financial performance metrics to identify trends and risks. Support Accounting Team in month-end and quarter-end reporting activities and communicate business performance insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, finance, legal, product, and business teams to facilitate deal reviews and approvals. Partner with senior stakeholders to resolve commercial issues and enable timely decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor on commercial finance matters and transaction structuring. Support Sales Management with value-adding data from their team’s activities, identifying best practices, and conducting post-mortem analyses as needed.<br>Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Job Purpose The Governance Manager is responsible for establishing, embedding, and continuously improving corporate governance frameworks across a Group and its subsidiary entities (Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas Services). The role ensures the Group and its Boards/Committees operate in line with the Saudi Companies Law, relevant regulatory requirements, and international governance best practice, while safeguarding the integrity of decision-making, risk oversight, and accountability across a diversified multi-entity structure.<br>Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Governance Framework Design, implement, and maintain the Group's corporate governance framework, policies, and charters (Board Charter, Committee Charters, Delegation of Authority, Code of Conduct). Role Overview<br>The Contract Administrator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of employee and player contract records within the Women’s Football Department. The role supports payroll coordination, employee data management, and contract compliance by ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely updates, and proper archiving of all contract-related documentation. Working closely and acting as a coordination link between the Women’s Football Department and Human Resources, as well as Finance and Legal, the Contract Administrator ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance of contract and payroll-related information throughout the contract lifecycle.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Contract Administration & Compliance Maintain and archive employee/player contract documentation across the full contract lifecycle, from signing to termination and final settlement. Monitor contract status, including expiry dates, renewals, and amendments, and coordinate updates with relevant departments. Ensure contract records are accurate, up to date, and properly archived in line with club policies. Serve as the key focal point between departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of contract-related information.<br>Payroll Coordination & Records Management Support monthly payroll by maintaining and coordinating contract-related data, including salaries, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments. Assist in ensuring approved contractual changes and deductions are accurately reflected in payroll records.
