<ol><li><p>Supervise and control daily <strong>FRP/GRP manufacturing and production activities</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Plan and allocate <strong>manpower, materials, machines and production resources</strong> according to production requirements.</p></li><li><p>Supervise production of <strong>FRP gratings, FRP/GRP tanks, manholes and other fiberglass-reinforced products</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Monitor production processes including <strong>molding, pultrusion, resin/fiberglass processing, fabrication, finishing and assembly</strong>, as applicable to the product.</p></li><li><p>Ensure daily and monthly <strong>production targets, schedules and output requirements</strong> are achieved.</p></li><li><p>Monitor product quality in coordination with the <strong>QA/QC team</strong> and ensure compliance with production specifications.</p></li><li><p>Identify production problems, process deviations, wastage and defects and implement corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with <strong>Maintenance, QA/QC, Stores and Engineering</strong> teams to ensure uninterrupted production.</p></li><li><p>Monitor raw-material consumption, production losses, rejection and wastage.</p></li><li><p>Supervise and guide production operators, technicians and shop-floor workers.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper implementation of <strong>SOPs, work instructions, quality procedures and HSE requirements</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Prepare daily production reports covering <strong>output, manpower, material consumption, downtime and rejection</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Support process improvement initiatives to increase <strong>productivity, quality and manufacturing efficiency</strong>.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>3+ years of relevant experience in FRP/GRP manufacturing or fiberglass composite products manufacturing.</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>FRP/GRP factory production</strong> is mandatory/preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>FRP grating, GRP/FRP tanks, manholes, molded products, pultruded profiles or similar products</strong> will be highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience as <strong>Production Supervisor / Production In-Charge / Production Engineer / Production Foreman / Production Manager</strong> in an FRP/GRP manufacturing environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>production planning, manpower handling and shop-floor supervision</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of FRP/GRP manufacturing processes and quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ability to troubleshoot production/process issues.</p></li><li><p>Diploma/Degree in <strong>Mechanical, Production, Plastic Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline</strong> is preferred.</p></li></ol>
