<strong>المسؤوليات<br><br></strong><ul><li>ضمان توافر وكفاية جميع أحكام الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالاستشاري المشرف (المهندس) والمقاولين<br><br></li></ul>وفقًا لمتطلبات هذه السياسة، والشروط العامة والمواصفات لعقود الإنشاءات، وخطط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بهم، ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لرب العمل، والقوانين واللوائح المحلية/الوطنية والدولية المعمول بها<br><br><ul><li>قياس أداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للاستشاري المشرف (المهندس) والمقاولين وتقديم المشورة بشأن<br><br></li></ul>الإجراءات اللازمة للتحسين.<br><br><ul><li>التحقيق في الأسباب المباشرة والجذرية/الأساسية للحوادث/الواقعات وتقديم التوصيات<br><br></li></ul>لمنع تكرارها<br><br><ul><li>تسجيل ومتابعة أي مخاطر سلامة وحالات عدم مطابقة ملحوظة مع الجهات التنظيمية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأطراف<br><br></li></ul>ذات الاختصاص القضائي.<br><br><ul><li>التنسيق مع مدير مشروع / مدير إنشاءات استشاري إدارة المشروع (PMC) في تطبيق أنظمة صحة وسلامة وبيئة فعالة<br><br></li></ul>في مواقع مشاريعهم.<br><br><ul><li>التنسيق مع رب العمل، واستشاري إدارة المشروع (هيل إنترناشيونال) والجهات المحلية/التنفيذية / سلطات البلدية<br><br></li></ul>لضمان التزام جميع الأطراف بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لمشاريعهم.<br><br><ul><li>تدريب وتوجيه الموظفين بشأن الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.</li><li>مراجعة واعتماد مستندات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالمقاولين، والتقديمات، والرسومات، وما إلى ذلك للتحقق من ملاءمتها،<br><br></li></ul>وكفايتها ومطابقتها.<br><br><ul><li>ضمان الامتثال الكامل للاستشاري المشرف (المهندس) والمقاولين بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة<br><br></li></ul>للمشروع.<br><br><ul><li>إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش مجدولة وغير مجدولة للصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتقديم التقارير إلى فريق إدارة<br><br></li></ul>المشروع بشأن أي حالات عدم مطابقة تم تحديدها لاتخاذ الإجراءات والتصحيحات اللازمة من قبل الطرف<br><br>المخالف.<br><br><ul><li>الاطلاع المستمر على سياسات وأدلة وإجراءات الجودة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية ذات الصلة<br><br></li></ul>داخل هيل إنترناشيونال وضمان الامتثال المستمر لهذه المتطلبات أثناء العمل في هيل.<br><br><ul><li>أداء الواجبات الأخرى التي يكلف بها المدير المباشر/المشرف.<br><br></li></ul><strong>المؤهلات<br><br></strong><ul><li>درجة علمية في الهندسة (أو خبرة عملية معادلة) مدعومة بشهادات دولية ذات صلة.</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المشاريع الكبرى.</li><li>خبرة في إدارة جميع جوانب الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة (HSSE) في المشاريع أو المنشآت.</li><li>المعرفة بعلوم ونظم ومبادئ ومنهجيات الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة (HSSE). معرفة واسعة ومثبتة<br><br></li></ul>بالقوانين/اللوائح الوطنية والدولية للصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة وعمليات تصاريح الهيئات التنظيمية/الموارد<br><br>والمسؤوليات، ومعايير الصناعة للامتثال للصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة وأفضل الممارسات الإدارية للحد من الآثار المحتملة للصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة أثناء تنفيذ المشروع. المعرفة بالمصطلحات الفنية الشائعة في النظافة الصناعية، والفيزياء الصحية، وهندسة السلامة، والامتثال البيئي.<br><br><ul><li>القدرة على التعامل بفاعلية مع مسائل الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة مع المقاولين/المقاولين من الباطن أو الاستشاريين أثناء<br><br></li></ul>الإنشاءات.<br><br><ul><li>القدرة على إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بأنشطة الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة في المشاريع</li><li>مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية. مهارات ممتازة في العرض التقديمي.</li><li>خبرة في العمل دولياً (تفضل الخبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية).</li></ul>
