Manage and coordinate all activities related to hospitality and residential construction projects.<br> </li>

Coordinate with consultants, operators, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.<br> </li>

Ensure compliance with project specifications, international hospitality standards, and Saudi regulations.<br> </li>
<li>
Monitor quality control, safety implementation, productivity, and project schedules.<br> </li>
<li>
Support procurement, planning, engineering, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.<br> </li>
<li>
Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.<br> </li>
<li>
Participate in progress meetings, technical reviews, and project reporting activities.<br> </li>
<li>
Support successful project delivery within approved budgets and timelines.<br> </li>
<li>
Coordinate hotel MEP systems including HVAC, fire alarm, BMS, ELV, plumbing, and life safety systems.<br> </li>

Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction and project management.<br> </li>

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.<br> </li>

Strong hospitality project experience including hotels, resorts, branded residences, and luxury developments.<br> </li>

Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is mandatory.<br> </li>
<li>
Strong understanding of hospitality quality standards, luxury finishing requirements, and operator coordination.<br> </li>
<li>
Knowledge of construction sequencing, procurement, planning, and HSE standards.<br> </li>
<li>
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.<br> </li>
<li>
Experience working with international consultants, operators, and developers preferred.<br> </li>
