Job description

• Manage and oversee IT and low-current projects from initiation to handover.
• Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate the implementation of CCTV, Audio/PA Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Review technical designs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders

Skills

• Proven experience in managing IT and low-current projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Audio/PA Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Ability to develop and manage project schedules, resources, and implementation plans.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement follow-up.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong reporting and project monitoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
