الدور
سيقود المدير التنفيذي الأول لاستراتيجية الشركة الاستراتيجية المؤسسية والتخطيط بعيد المدى ومبادرات النمو عبر المجموعة. سيعمل هذا الدور مباشرةً مع المجلس التنفيذي والرئيس التنفيذي لتحديد الأولويات الاستراتيجية وتقييم الأسواق الجديدة وتقييم فرص الاستثمار. مسؤولية رئيسية ستكون تحويل الاستراتيجية إلى خارطة طريق قابلة للتنفيذ ونتائج قابلة للقياس. سيكون المدير التنفيذي الأول للاستراتيجية مسؤولاً عن ذكاء السوق، والتحليل التنافسي، وتتبع الأداء. كما سيدعم مبادرات الدمج والاستحواذ والشراكات وإعادة تشكيل المحفظة. هذا الموقف يحظى بوضوح عالية ونفوذ على مستوى المجلس.
المرشح المثالي
يجب أن يمتلك المرشحون خبرة قيادية استراتيجية عليا ضمن مجموعات كبيرة أو بيئات استثمارية أو شركات استشارية من الطراز الأول. من الضروري وجود خبرة قوية في استراتيجية المحفظة وتخطيط النمو. يُفضل بشدة الخبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو أسواق الخليج العربي. يظهر المرشح المثالي دقة تحليلية ورؤية تجارية وحضور تنفيذي. كما أن مهارات إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والاتصال قوية وواجب توافرها.

Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a large Saudi-based diversified group with interests spanning consumer, services, and industrial sectors. The organisation is entering a new phase of structured growth and long-term portfolio optimisation.
The Role
The Chief Strategy Officer will lead corporate strategy, long-range planning, and growth initiatives across the group. This role will work directly with the board and CEO to define strategic priorities, evaluate new markets, and assess investment opportunities. A key responsibility will be translating strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes. The CSO will oversee market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance tracking. The role will also support M&A, partnerships, and portfolio reshaping initiatives. This position carries high visibility and influence at board level.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior strategy leadership experience within large groups, investment environments, or top-tier consulting firms. Strong exposure to portfolio strategy and growth planning is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates analytical rigour, commercial insight, and executive presence. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are mandatory.
