In addition, the job holder does the day-to-day work and activities according to the plan.<br>The Operations Supervisor is responsible for Proper execution of the operations as per instruction of Operations Manager. <li >Oversee the allocation and management of resources, equipment, and machinery for the site during routine operations and emergencies.</li>
<li >Review work plans and job request priorities, allocating resources, monitoring workflow, Methods of Operation (MOS), and procedures.</li>
<li >Provide feedback to the Planning team on weekly plans to achieve schedule compliance.</li>
<li >Coordinate with internal departments, external workshops, and OEM dealers for repairs, parts, and issue resolution.</li>
<li >Manage and review daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance performance reports, timesheets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li>
<li >Respond promptly to emergency situations.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Support Service Management</h3>
<ul >
<li >Manage the day-to-day activities of Support Services, including the welding & fabrication shop, scaffolding & insulation workshop, and heavy lift & rigging division.</li>
<li >Meet with the team to identify operational gaps and resolve problems.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Safety and Compliance</h3>
<ul >
<li >Ensure all equipment and workshop facilities are maintained to meet Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.</li>
<li >Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li >Manage, recommend, and schedule employee safety and technical training.</li>
<li >Ensure the reporting of any incidents, accidents, or violations.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Required Experience</h3>

<li >A minimum of <strong >10 years</strong> of relevant experience in maintenance management.</li>
