The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with practical team leadership, ensuring that every technician works efficiently, follows the correct procedures, and completes jobs on time and to the required quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily motor and alternator rewinding activities across low-, medium-, and high-voltage equipment. Take responsibility for workmanship, productivity, and meeting agreed delivery schedules. Oversee the complete rewinding process, including inspection, recording winding data, coil preparation, winding installation, connections, insulation, impregnation, curing, and testing. Diagnose winding failures, resolve technical problems, and provide hands-on guidance on complex repairs. Overview:<br>The Safety Supervisor is responsible for the promotion of exceptionally safe teamwork with the operations teams stationed at customer work sites as well as central offices. Safety Supervisors must investigate illnesses and injuries in order to determine the cause and take affirmative action toward preventing recurrence. He must submit status reports each week that specifies projects that were completed during that particular week. The Safety Supervisor makes sure that proper fire extinguishers and first aid supplies are kept on or near company equipment and vehicles. The Safety Supervisor enforces all of the company safety rules. He works with supervisors and managers in order to apply adequate disciplinary procedures for employees who violate the safety rules. Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions. Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.<br>Experience:<br>Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
