مدير تأجير سيارات بالرياضسعودي فقط سعودي فقطتعلن شركة في اي بي لتأجير السيارات (VIP CAR RENTAL) عن رغبتها في استقطاب كفاءة مميزة للانضمام إلى فريقها القيادي في منصب مدير تأجير. يتولى المسؤولية الكاملة عن إدارة وتنسيق عمليات التأجير بكافة الفروع والإشراف المباشر على فريق العمل.<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية:1. الإدارة والإشراف على الموظفين: المسؤولية الإدارية الكاملة عن موظفي إدارة التأجير.تنظيم مواعيد الحضور، تبديل الشفتات، وإدارة الإجازات السنوية والمرضية.المتابعة المباشرة والدقيقة لأداء الموظفين لضمان كفاءة العمل.<br>2. الرقابة والعمليات التشغيلية: متابعة الشفتات اليومية للفروع والتأكد من سير العمل وفق المعايير.المطابقة اليومية للسيارات (الفعلي مقابل النظام) ومطابقة أرصدة خزن الفروع والتوقيع عليها.الإشراف على عمليات التسليم والاستلام بين الشفتات من خلال تقارير كتابية موثقة.إدارة نظام الحجوزات وضمان التجهيز المسبق لها.<br>3. إدارة العقود والجودة: المراجعة الدقيقة للعقود المفتوحة والمغلقة بكافة الفروع والتأكد من سلامة الإجراءات واعداد التقارير اليومية بها ورفعها للإدارة.التحقق من أهلية العملاء وإنجاز تعديلات العقود المطلوبة.التأكد من التوثيق الفوتوغرافي للسيارات (خروج وعودة) لحماية حقوق الشركة والعميل.إدارة التلفيات والتعويضات وتحديث قوائم الأسعار وإضافة السيارات الجديدة للأسطول.<br>متطلبات الوظيفة:خبره لا تقل عن 3 سنوات بالمجالقدرة عالية على القيادة والتوجيه ورفع التقارير الدورية للإدارة واجادة تامه لبرنامج ديناميك تاجير و اداره المراسلات عن طريق الايميلات .الدقة المتناهية في التعامل مع العقود المالية والمخزون.مهارات تواصل ممتازة لتمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات الخارجية.التعليم: حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.اللغات: إجادة التحدث والكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة .
