Job Description:

A major industrial company is seeking to recruit a Production Manager (Iron Industries) with leadership experience and high efficiency to fully supervise production operations within the factory, develop production lines, and ensure the achievement of production plans with the highest quality and within scheduled deadlines while increasing resource utilization efficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing iron industry production.

Knowledge of forming, welding, and assembling structures, metalwork, and iron products.

Planning and full supervision of all production stages (cutting, bending, forming, welding, assembly, and painting).

Developing daily and monthly production plans and following up on their implementation to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Managing and directing all work teams (line engineers, supervisors, and technicians) and identifying their training needs.

Monitoring the application of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) within all factory departments.

Reducing scrap and downtime and optimizing raw material consumption.

Coordinating with planning, maintenance, and procurement departments to ensure material flow and equipment availability.

Preparing periodic reports on production performance, costs, and analyzing plan deviations with senior management.

Requirements and Conditions:

Higher qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Production and Metallurgy).

Minimum of [e.g., 8 - 12] years of experience in the field of iron industries and steel fabrication/structures, including at least [3-5] years in a leadership position.

Comprehensive knowledge of welding technology, cutting, and shaping of sheet metal and iron sections.

Proficiency in reading and understanding comprehensive engineering plans and drawings.

Strong leadership personality and excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills.
