Requirements Manager – Airport<br><br>Are you passionate about shaping the future of airport operations and passenger experience? We are seeking an experienced Requirements Manager to lead requirements management across a large-scale airport technology transformation program. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring business, operational, and technical requirements are captured, governed, prioritized, and delivered across multiple airport workstreams and technology vendors<br>.<br>About the Role You will work closely with airport stakeholders, airlines, solution architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to ensure requirements align with the airport's vision, operational objectives, and future-state technology landscap<br><br>e.<br><br>Responsibilities Lead end-to-end requirements management across the airport program. Establish and govern requirements processes, standards, and traceability. Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with airport stakeholders and operational teams. Manage requirements across key airport domains, including Passenger Processing, Airport Operations, Baggage Handling, Security, Asset Management, and Enterprise Services. Ensure requirements are aligned with business priorities, operational needs, and solution architecture. Oversee change control, impact assessments, and scope management. Produce executive-level reporting on requirements status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress. Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Requirements Specialists. Drive the adoption of best practices, tools, and governance frameworks for requirements managem<br><br>ent.<br><br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related discipline. CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, TOGAF, or Agile certifications are highly desi<br><br>rable.<br><br>Required Skills10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Management.5+ years leading requirements teams on large and complex transformation programs. Proven experience in airports, aviation, transportation, or critical infrastructure environments. Strong expertise in requirements governance, traceability, stakeholder management, and change control. Experience working within multi-vendor delivery or Systems Integration environments. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management tools.
