<li >Ensure the stability, availability, security, and continuous improvement of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP BTP, MES/MOM platforms, quality systems, and related enterprise applications.</li>
<li >Oversee SAP Basis administration, application security, access governance, segregation of duties (SoD), system monitoring, technical upgrades, transport management, platform lifecycle management, and operational readiness activities.</li>

This role involves overseeing the delivery and development of comprehensive maritime training programmes, ranging from entry-level to advanced certifications, within a state-of-the-art facility. The manager will lead a multi-disciplined team to ensure high standards of training and compliance with international and national maritime authorities.</p> <h3 >Programme Oversight and Curriculum Development</h3>
<p >The Curriculum Manager – Nautical will be responsible for managing the delivery of training programmes approved by the <strong >UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA)</strong>, Transport General Authority (TGA), and Saudi Ports Authority (SPA). These programmes span from Deck Hand to Chief Mate, VTS Operator, VTS Supervisor, Harbor Pilot, and Master Certificate of Competence. The role includes leading a team to ensure effective training delivery, high student success rates, and continuous approval from UK MCA and other academic awarding bodies in both the UK and KSA. A key aspect is the development of associated curriculum, with a target of delivering over 800 hours of training annually.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>
