Role Description Information Technology Specialist at Albustan Factory will provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems in Khamīs Mushayţ location. This full-time role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, peripherals, and network devices, as well as monitoring system performance and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity. The specialist will respond to service requests, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and document solutions and procedures. The role also includes collaborating with management to implement IT improvements, supporting system upgrades, and training team members on basic IT best practices. Qualifications Saudi Nationality Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge and hands-on experience with common operating systems, office applications, and hardware. Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills to configure, monitor, and protect wired and wireless networks. Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and minimize downtime. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users, communicate clearly, and provide user-friendly guidance. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Network+, or similar) are beneficial. Experience in retail or small business environments and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Khamīs Mushayţ, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or AX.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.<br><br>Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, or MB-330 are required.<br><br>Minimum 5 years of experience in D365 F&O or AX (Techno-Functional role).<br><br>Skills & Experience<br><br>Strong understanding of Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, and Projects.<br><br>Development knowledge in X++, Visual Studio, Extensions model, and data entities.<br><br>Solid understanding of functional setup, workflows, roles, and configurations.<br><br>Experience with Power Platform is a plus.<br><br>Strong experience in Custom Reporting.<br> <br>Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.<br><br>Configure D365 F&O Modules (Finance / Procurement / Inventory / Projects Accounting).<br><br>Collaborate with Finance teams to understand reporting requirements.<br><br>Develop and enhance financial reports using MR, Power BI, Excel Add-ins, and data entities.<br><br>Lead testing cycles, user training, and post-go-live support.<br><br>Prepare detailed documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.<br><br>Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.<br><br>Personal Attributes<br><br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br><br>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.<br><br>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Lynx Information Technology in Abhā. The Full Stack Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications, working across both mobile front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities include developing mobile applications, building and integrating RESTful APIs, working with databases and backend services, integrating third-party services, and translating business and product requirements into reliable technical solutions. The developer will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize applications for performance and security, participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and support application releases and ongoing maintenance. The role also includes preparing, publishing, and managing application releases on the Apple App Store through App Store Connect and on Google Play through Google Play Console, including handling updates, release requirements, and issues related to the review and publishing process. The developer will work closely with product, design, and technical teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications and continuously improve existing products.<br>Qualifications Saudi nationality is required. Proven experience in Mobile Application Development and building applications from concept to deployment. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles. Experience with at least one modern mobile technology stack, such as Flutter, React Native, Swift/Swift UI, or Kotlin. Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Experience with backend development and backend services such as Node.js, . NET, Laravel, or similar technologies. Experience working with databases and data management. Good understanding of software architecture and clean, maintainable code. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of application security and best practices. Experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console and the mobile application publishing process. Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Abhā. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with CI/CD, cloud services, Firebase, or third-party integrations is a plus.
