Maintain knowledge of developments in the area of IT systems and hardware and incorporates new developments into the future systems of the resort. Perform the testing and troubleshooting of application software to ensure the integration of the information system with other systems run smoothly to maximize the efficiency of the data flow and decrease redundancy of data collection activities. Participate in audits and assessments to maintain compliance and system integrity.<br>Qualifications & Experience:<br>Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred but not required.<br>Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant computing, OT systems, or industrial IT/automation environments. Hands-on experience with Aspen Tech solutions, including Aspen IP.21, Aspen Info Plus, or related tools. Strong understanding of operational technology systems, process control networks, and engineering software tools.<br>Technical Requirements Experience with IT/OT integration and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, and MQTT.
