Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Fleet & Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily fleet and transportation operations, supervise drivers and technicians, and ensure the availability, safety, and operational readiness of vehicles and equipment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily transportation operations and driver activities. Manage vehicle and equipment movements and daily routes. Monitor vehicle cleanliness, safety, inspections, licenses, and operational readiness. Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate with the workshop for vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules. Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, GPS tracking, and fleet operating costs. Supervise workshop activities, spare parts, tools, and consumables. Prepare operational and technical reports and maintain vehicle records. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and applicable Saudi regulations. Follow up on vehicle accidents, traffic violations, and related procedures. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Professional courses in Fleet Management, Vehicle Maintenance, or Occupational Safety are preferred. Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fleet/transport operations, driver supervision, vehicle maintenance, and workshop management. Experience dealing with Saudi systems and authorities such as TAMM, Najm, and Traffic systems. Good knowledge of preventive vehicle maintenance and fleet operations. Experience using GPS tracking systems. Ability to prepare operational and technical reports and daily operating schedules. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and emergency management.

ملخص الوظيفة: مراقبة والتحكم في معايير تشغيل الوحدة/المحطة والتنسيق مع المشغلين الآخرين فيما يتعلق بجميع الأنشطة ذات الصلة التي تؤثر على التشغيل.<br>الأدوار والمسؤوليات: الالتزام بقواعد وأنظمة السلامة. الإلمام بمعدات الحريق في منطقته. الإلمام بمخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs) الخاصة بالمحطة، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، وتعليمات العمل، ومنطق التشغيل والتحكم، بالإضافة إلى إجراءات التشغيل في حالات الطوارئ وأي وثائق أخرى ذات صلة. مراقبة جميع معايير الوحدة وإدخال القراءات الدورية في أوراق السجل. تلخيص جميع الأنشطة/الأحداث التي وقعت خلال مناوبته في سجل العمليات. اتباع تعليمات مهندس وردية العمل ومشرف الوردية والتنسيق مع المشغلين الآخرين فيما يتعلق بجميع الأنشطة. التحلي باليقظة واتخاذ إجراءات سريعة أثناء ظروف التشغيل غير الطبيعية. التنسيق وضمان تطبيق إجراءات عزل وتأمين المعدات (Lock Out & Tag Out) أثناء عزل المعدات للصيانة وفقاً لإجراءات تصاريح العمل المعتمدة. إعادة المعدات إلى وضعها الطبيعي بعد الإلغاء عند تلقي تعليمات بذلك. فحص الوحدة والمعدات المساعدة خلال الوردية للتأكد من أن جميع معايير المعدات ضمن الحدود المسموح بها. الإبلاغ عن أي خلل إلى مشرف الوردية/مهندس الوردية. إجراء اختبارات الحماية الدورية تحت إشراف مهندس/مشرف الوردية والاحتفاظ بالسجلات. تنفيذ عمليات تبديل المعدات وفقاً للجداول الزمنية المحددة مسبقاً. تقديم طلبات العمل أو ملاحظات العيوب للمعدات التالفة ومتابعة إصلاحها. المساعدة في تدريب وتعريف المشغلين الجدد. الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة وتنفيذ ضوابط المخاطر المقررة. الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات في نظام إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة. ضمان إجراءات التخلص السليم من النفايات. أداء مهام أخرى حسب التكليف.<br>المواصفات الوظيفية:<br>التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة / دبلوم في الهندسة شرط أساسي.<br>الحد الأدنى للخبرة: 5 سنوات في نفس المنصب.<br>المهارات المطلوبة: وعي عام بمبادئ نظام إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة، معرفة بتحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات، معرفة بمراقبة الانبعاثات، معرفة بالأثر البيئي والصحي للمواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في المحطة، معرفة بمعدات مكافحة الحرائق، معرفة بمعدات الوقاية الشخصية ومعدات السلامة، معرفة بتدابير الإسعافات الأولية، يجب أن يكون على دراية جيدة بأنشطة تشغيل محطات الطاقة/المياه. مهارات التواصل الشخصي. المهارات التحليلية. القدرة على تقييم مخاطر الأخطار. معرفة تقييم الجوانب والأثر. مهارات الحاسوب الأساسية.<br>الشهادات المرغوبة / مهارات خاصة بالوظيفة / التدريب: يفضل الحصول على وعي/معرفة عملية بمعايير ISO9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001.<br>ظروف العمل: الاستعداد للعمل في موقع نائي.
