The role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet agreed quality, security and business requirements. The Senior IT Project Manager establishes effective governance, manages resources and vendors, and provides clear reporting and stakeholder communication to enable successful digital transformation in support of OSUS real estate development and operations.<br>Responsibilities are not limited to:<br>Support day-to-day HR operations (employee files, letters, approvals) under supervision. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives (ERP, CRM, property systems, sales/leasing, facilities management, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data/analytics) from initiation through closure and handover, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, cost and quality. Define scope, objectives, success metrics and delivery plans; develop and maintain project charters and artifacts (WBS, critical path, dependency mapping), manage resources and budgets, and enforce formal change control. Run project governance (kick-off, workshops, progress reviews and steering committees); maintain decision logs, action registers and RAID; coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT and vendors) to drive issue closure and timely decisions. Coordinate solution design and signoffs, integrations (APIs/middleware), UAT, training, cutover and hyper care; ensure operational readiness, defined support model/SLAs and smooth transition to operations and support teams. Strategic Leadership, Portfolio & Stakeholder Management. Formal ownership of the IT project portfolio and roadmap: prioritize and sequence initiatives with the CTO; align delivery with organizational goals and enterprise architecture. Gather business requirements and convert them into actionable project charters; facilitate cross-functional workshops to align priorities, scope and success criteria; identify opportunities for automation, analytics and AI use cases. Provide executive-level communication and reporting: translate technical progress, risks and dependencies into quantified business impact, decision-ready recommendations and corrective actions; monitor emerging technologies and assess feasibility. Ensure projects comply with OSUS policies and Saudi regulations (PDPL, NCA/ECC, CMA and ZATCA where applicable); coordinate security reviews, testing and approvals as part of delivery plans. Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans, ensure business continuity and resilience requirements are addressed, and escalate appropriately when thresholds are exceeded. Complete documentation, audit readiness and compliance evidence; conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm benefits realization, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, adoption and benefits/ROI; define and monitor KPIs; maintain dashboards, forecasts and resource plans. Standardize and continuously enhance PM practices, templates and tools (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid); mentor team members, promote accountability and transparency, and ensure knowledge transfer and capability uplift before project closure. Lead end-to-end vendor selection and engagement (RFPs, evaluation, SOW, acceptance criteria and testing strategy); ensure delivery meets agreed scope, quality, timeline and SLAs. Manage vendor performance, contracts, delivery commitments and escalations; coordinate commercial follow-up with Procurement/Finance (PO tracking, invoicing, budget control) and ensure onsite/offshore support alignment. Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager within the scope of work.<br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent. PMP certification (required); PRINCE2 and/or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred. Saudi national.10+ years of progressive experience in IT project/program management leading complex digital transformation initiatives (ERP, CRM, real estate solutions, data/analytics, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity). Proven experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors; strong understanding of IT governance, risk and compliance; ability to manage budgets and commercial follow-up. Strong knowledge of SDLC and integration patterns (APIs/middleware) with focus on data consistency and architecture alignment. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure; fluent in Arabic and English. Experience in real estate, finance, construction or related sectors is an advantage.

Job Purpose / Role:Lead and manage the Technology Risk Resilience function within TRD, responsible for oversight and independent challenge of the Bank’s technology resilience, stability, and operational control effectiveness. The role ensures that technology environments are resilient to disruptions through effective incident management oversight, control validation, disaster recovery readiness, and robust testing assurance across system changes and releases. Role Purpose:The IT Security Lead is responsible for implementing and managing ASD’s enterprise information security programme to protect its systems, data, and digital assets from cyber threats and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with AFG, ASD’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) programme including Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Zero Trust implementation. Govern user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification processes across all systems including SAP and M365. Manage Azure Active Directory / Entra ID security configuration: MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and identity protection. Define and enforce least-privilege access principles and role segregation policies across IT and business systems. Conduct quarterly access reviews and user entitlement audits; report exceptions to the IT Operations Manager. Deliver the organisation-wide security awareness and training programme; track completion rates and phishing simulation outcomes. Manage third-party and supply chain security risk assessments; include security requirements in vendor contracts. Liaise with Internal Audit on security-related audit findings; develop and track remediation action plans. Prepare for and support external regulatory audits and certifications, including NCA ECC, ISO 27001, and ZATCA security requirements. Role Purpose<br><br>The Chief Technology & Digital Transformation Officer (CTDTO) is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation strategy to enable business growth, operational excellence, innovation, cyber resilience, and long-term competitiveness.<br><br>The role integrates IT, digital platforms, data, automation, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies into a coherent transformation agenda aligned with corporate strategy, value creation, and shareholder expectations.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br> Enterprise Technology & Digital Strategy Define and own the 3-5-year Technology & Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with corporate and business strategies Translate business objectives into scalable digital platforms, architectures, and capability roadmaps Lead modernization of legacy systems and transition to cloud, data-driven, and AI enabled operating models Digital Transformation & Innovation Drive end-to-end digital transformation across core value chains (manufacturing, supply chain, sales, customer experience, finance, HR, governance) Establish innovation frameworks, digital labs, and partnerships with technology providers, startups, and universities Sponsor automation, Industry 4.0, IoT, advanced analytics, and smart operations initiatives IT & Enterprise Architecture Own enterprise architecture, applications landscape, infrastructure, cloud strategy, and integration platforms Ensure interoperability, scalability, performance, and business continuity across all systems Lead ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, PLM, BI, and core platform strategy and governance Cybersecurity & Technology Risk Establish and oversee enterprise cybersecurity, data privacy, and resilience frameworks Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and IPO-readiness requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NCA, PDPL, SOX-ITGC, CMA/SEC expectations) Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and crisis response readiness Data, Analytics & AIBuild a unified data strategy (governance, quality, master data, analytics, AI/ML, decision intelligence) Enable real-time executive dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision support Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI and advanced analytics Technology Governance & Investment Chair the Technology Investment Committee and Digital Portfolio Review Prioritize initiatives based on business value, ROI, risk, and strategic alignment Manage technology budgets, vendors, contracts, and sourcing strategies Organization & Talent Build and lead a high-performing technology and digital organization (IT, Digital, Data, Cyber, PMO, Architecture) Develop future-ready digital skills, leadership pipelines, and succession plans Embed agile, product-oriented, and value-delivery operating models Board & Executive Advisory Act as strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on technology trends, digital risks, and competitive disruption Present digital transformation progress, investment cases, and risk dashboards to the Board and Audit/Risk Committees<br><br>Key Deliverables<br><br>Group Digital & Technology Strategy and 3-year Roadmap Enterprise Architecture Blueprint Cybersecurity & Data Governance Framework Digital Transformation Portfolio (business cases, ROI, milestones) Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory Program AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement Program IT Operating Model & Talent Strategy<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Master's degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred Professional certifications (CIO, TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Cloud Architect) are an advantage<br><br>Experience<br><br>15-25 years of progressive leadership in Technology, Digital Transformation, or ITProven track record as CIO, CDTO, CTO, or equivalent at enterprise or group level Demonstrated leadership of large-scale ERP, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation programs Experience in regulated, IPO-ready, or publicly listed environments preferred Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or complex multi-business groups is a strong advantage<br><br>Core Competencies<br><br> Strategic:Enterprise digital strategy Technology-enabled business transformation Board-level governance and risk oversight Leadership:Visionary, change-driven, and execution-oriented Ability to align business, technology, and culture Strong stakeholder influence at CEO and Board level Technical:Cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms, AI, ERP, Industry 4.0Enterprise architecture and integration Digital operating models and agile delivery Personal Attributes:High integrity and governance mindset Commercial and value-creation orientation Systems thinker with strong execution discipline Change leader with the ability to mobilize large organizations Any nationality - Bilingual is preferred
