Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Specialist – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience working within an end-user organization (customer side) rather than solely with an implementation partner, with a strong focus on business support, user engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day functional and application support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding application-related issues and enhancements. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, service requests, and process-related issues. Coordinate with SAP AMS vendors and external service providers to ensure timely resolution of tickets and change requests. Gather, document, and validate business requirements. Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, system enhancements, testing, and release activities. Support SAP bi-annual cloud releases, regression testing, and user communication. Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles. Deliver user training sessions and support adoption of new business processes and functionalities. Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements. Support integrations with other enterprise applications and third-party systems. Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and change management processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Experience working directly for an end-user/customer organization is mandatory. Proven experience in business application support and end-user engagement. Strong understanding of SAP business processes and application lifecycle support. Experience working with AMS providers and managing support tickets and change requests. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and interact effectively with business stakeholders. The Hospitality Business Unit is developing a portfolio of hotel assets central to this vision. As these assets progress, we are seeking experienced professionals to help deliver them to the highest standards of design quality, guest experience and commercial performance.<br><br>In this role, you will lead the creative interior design agenda for the hospitality portfolio, defining narratives, signature elements and material strategies across all asset tiers to unlock distinctive, innovative and commercially effective designs that define each asset's identity, and ensure this is carried through concept, mock-up and design freeze.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead the interior design definition of hotel concepts from development brief to approved design direction, curating distinctive, emotive and commercially viable environments aligned with Qiddiya, district and Operator visions Articulate and position design proposals through compelling narratives, visuals and presentations to secure alignment and timely outcomes across governance and investment stages Define interior design principles, narratives, material strategies and signature elements for each hotel tier, establishing consistent and distinctive design baselines across the portfolio Oversee consultant briefing and scope definition, validating interior design scope, specialist inputs and FF&E requirements to ensure alignment with design intent, Operator standards and governance approvals Oversee visualisation and design communication (including CGI strategy), ensuring concepts are clearly articulated and aligned with design narratives and stakeholder expectations Lead and govern <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Grooming/Attitude : The welcomer will keep at all times a perfect grooming (uniform, tag, make up, tidy hair ). Greeting/Attitude : Always keep a smile on. A positive attitude is a must for all welcomers. Follow up : The welcomer will act quickly and efficiently, following the instructions received by her/his supervisor. Organization : She/he will ensure that her/his section is perfectly tidy at all times, that the stationary used for the operations is refilled as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly. C/I &amp; C/O : The welcomer will ensure that all C/I and C/O are made in line with the standards established. She/he will be especially attentive on the audit, immigration &amp; guest history issues. She/he will then ensure that the operations handled by her/his own are fully completed and correct. Communication : She/he will be attentive to all information received during the different briefings: daily morning Supervisor briefing, FO handover briefing (for afternoon shift) &amp; Front Desk Committee. She/he will be active and dynamic in participating in these different discussion opportunities. During his/her shift, she/he will report quickly any problem or question to her/his supervisor. The welcomer will read the reception logbook at the beginning of shift, follow up and keep it updated during his/her shift. Immigration records : The welcomer will ensure that all the guests who checked in during her/his shift are fully recorded the same day on the accurate immigration reports (CID as per UAE law). Executive Bookings &amp; VIP : The welcomer will be attentive that each VIP guest or Executive floor booking is guided quickly to the 22nd Floor to benefit from all perks of the executive floor. Guest requests follow up : The welcomer will be ready to help the guest with any request. Handover : At end of shift, the welcomer will clear her/his station and do a full and detailed handover with the following shift. She/he will check in details that her/his cashier report is correct, with all the backups attached. Selling / Up-selling : The welcomer will take every opportunity to sell the hotel facilities and services to the guests. Privacy : The welcomer will be attentive to respect the privacy/confidentiality of all the hotel patrons.
