Description:We're hiring an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support, manage IT assets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our offices. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and supporting end users in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:Provide IT support for employees and office systems Set up devices and accounts for new joiners Manage IT assets and inventory Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve IT requests
What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, or end-user support. Experience with device setup, user support, access management, and routine IT troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset. Good English and Arabic communication skills are preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
