The role includes implementing and updating preventive maintenance programs, managing breakdowns, overseeing maintenance staff, ensuring availability of critical spare parts, and coordinating with Production and QC departments to support smooth plant operations. The role requires both hands-on technical involvement and administrative management, as the Maintenance Manager will supervise a large team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians while also handling planning, reporting, maintenance cost tracking, and operational support. Responsibilities: Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented for all plant critical equipment. Update preventive maintenance plans based on equipment history, supplier recommendations, and equipment performance. Coordinate with the Production Head and QC Head for maintenance of equipment related to Production and QC departments. Ensure equipment can be operated safely and effectively. Define and maintain minimum stock levels of spare parts for all critical equipment before breakdowns occur. Attend project planning and management review meetings.
