<p>The ITS Director for Fare Collection Systems with a minimum of 12 years senior technical and management experience and a university degree, shall be responsible for the overall management, performance, and integration of the fare collection system of the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) across the Public Transport Network. Demonstrate technical competence in related domain. Business development and growth of the practice in terms of revenue, team and profitability.<br>Desired Profile & Required Qualifications One or more relevant professional degree / certifications in GRC i.e. MBA, CIA, CISA, CISSP etc. Prior Audit/GRC Consulting experience with Big 4 or Strategy firms having Capital Projects from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure sectors. Overall, 10+ years of relevant full time work experience preferably from consulting. <li ><span >Ensure Quality and HSE standards are set, communicated and adhered to in all facilities.</span></li>
<li ><span >Establish performance measures and priorities for each facility and operation.</span></li>
<li ><span >Conduct regular inspection visits to each facility to evaluate the efficiency of their performance.</span></li>
<li ><span >Continuously monitor the market environment to identify and implement opportunities for increasing and developing the Responsiveness and Efficiency of facilities and operations.</span></li>
<li ><span >Maintaining proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.</span></li>
<li ><span >Ensure ongoing training of staff to continuously develop incumbents technical and HSE skills.</span></li>
<li ><span >Prepare periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc) reports with respect to facilities, operations, activities and inventory.</span></li>
<li ><span >Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates.</span></li>
<li ><span >Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by TRSDC Management.</span></li>

<p><span ><strong>Qualification and Experience</strong>:</span></p>

<li ><span >Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</span></li>
<li ><span >Recognized degree in Supply Chain & Logistics (MBA preferred).</span></li>
<li ><span >A minimum of 10 years in a Distribution Centre operations field.</span></li>
