Manage and monitor daily cash liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover operational and capital financial obligations. Prepare and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts; analyze variances and take necessary corrective actions. Oversee bank account management and regularly monitor balances and transactions. Review and approve payment schedules and set disbursement priorities in line with business needs and available liquidity. Supervise bank reconciliation processes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Manage operational relationships with banks and financial institutions and follow up on banking services and agreements. Monitor compliance with control frameworks and financial procedures related to payments and cash management. Identify and monitor risks related to liquidity and payment processes and propose appropriate mitigation actions. Oversee treasury and payment systems, ensuring efficiency and business continuity. Prepare and submit periodic reports on cash liquidity, payments, and key operational indicators to senior management. Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure efficient cash management and timely execution of payments. Administrative Responsibilities Oversee employee development by setting objectives, identifying training needs, and evaluating training outcomes. Provide direction and guidance to team members to ensure effective task execution. Ensure implementation of policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks within payment and cash management operations. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives when required. Support in preparing progress reports for management. Hold regular meetings with team members to monitor work progress, discuss updates, review suggestions, and take appropriate actions.<br>Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience7–10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Language Requirements Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
