We are currently looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer (L2) to support a large-scale enterprise environment.<br>Role Purpose<br>The Workplace Services Engineer will provide end-user and device support (L1) and advanced endpoint/M365 administration (L2) under Client’s operational leadership. The role involves incident handling, device provisioning, Microsoft 365 support, endpoint management, and VIP/end-user assistance. The engineer will work closely with Client to ensure compliance with organizational standards while addressing capability gaps in modern device management and productivity tools.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Incident & Request Handling Log, categorize, and triage incidents via ITSM. First-line troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Execute password resets and account unlocks via AD/identity tools. Basic VPN, Wi-Fi, and wired connectivity troubleshooting. Escalate unresolved issues to L2 with diagnostics.<br>Device Provisioning & Asset Management New joiner device setup and image deployment. Leaver processing – device collection, data wipe, return. Asset tagging, inventory updates, CMDB maintenance.
