Integrated Management Systems & Environmental Senior Specialist<br>Purpose of the Job<br>The Quality & Environmental Management Systems Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continually improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) for a port and terminal operation in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. He/she will act as the owner of the management systems for the terminal, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and standards, including those of Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) and the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC), while driving improvements in service quality, safety and environmental performance.<br>Reporting ToHSE Manager<br>Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities<br>1. JOB SUMMARY<br>The Learning & Development Manager (L&D Manager) coordinates and organizes a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s performance standards and Hotel Goals. The individual is responsible for conducting systematic analysis of the Hotels training needs and deliver relevant learning plan. Job Purpose:The Automation & Surveillance Engineer is responsible for carrying out core technical activities related to the design, testing, validation, and ongoing support of Automation and Surveillance systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices within set KPI’s, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.<br>Responsibilities:<br>Pre-sale Technical Proposals: Oversee the development of technical proposals for Automation and Surveillance systems in response to RFPs from clients. Ensure these proposals meet regulatory and operational standards, including system design concepts, performance specifications, and compliance with aviation industry standards. Project Management & Coordination System Design and Implementation: Contribute to the design and implementation of Automation and Surveillance systems, working closely with internal teams to ensure systems are engineered to meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements. System Testing and Validation: Lead the testing and validation processes for Automation and Surveillance systems, ensuring adherence to design requirements and regulatory standards. Stakeholder Management Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate the interactions with internal stakeholders, including technical, financial, and legal teams, to obtain necessary information and approvals for bid submissions. Performance and Reporting Reporting: Reporting project status, technical challenges, and proposed solutions to Automation and Surveillance Manager. Act as a consultant to clients, ensuring that solutions align with the client’s operational goals and industry standards. Policies, Processes and Procedures Compliance: Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures. In-depth knowledge of Automation and Surveillance systems, including Air Traffic Management (ATM) automation, radar systems, ADS-B, and multilateration (MLAT) technologies. Familiarity with ICAO standards, CNS/ATM systems, and relevant aviation regulations. Experience with system architecture, signal processing, and the implementation of advanced surveillance technologies in aviation. Job Purpose<br>The Director of Design – Project Management is a member of ZFP management team, holding company-wide responsibility for the leadership, direction, and performance of all Projects Management activities for design projects. Leads, monitors, and manages all Project Managers (PMs) and Design Managers (DMs) throughout the organization, establishing unified standards, resourcing, and governance so that design project delivery is consistent with on high-quality, on schedule and within budget<br>2. Key Responsibilities<br>2.1 Departmental Leadership and Management<br>Lead, organize, and manage the Project Management Department for all design projects, setting departmental goals aligned with ZFP's strategic objectives. Directly supervise, coach, and develop Project Managers and Design Managers, ensuring clear allocation of responsibilities and accountability across assigned projects. Conduct regular performance reviews of PMs and DMs, identify training and competency needs, and support career development within the department. Plan departmental resourcing and staffing levels in coordination with HR, ensuring the right mix of PM/DM capability is available for current and forecast project workload.<br>2.2 Project Delivery Oversight<br>Provide oversight and direction to PMs and DMs on the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of design projects, from kickoff through final deliverable handover. Ensure all design projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope, quality requirements, and client expectations. Qualifications and Experience<br>Education<br>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline (required).
