The Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer is responsible for leading and managing all electrical commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution of EPC electrical commissioning works. The role provides technical leadership, coordinates multidisciplinary interfaces, oversees contractor performance, and ensures successful system completion, energization, startup, testing, and project handover while maintaining full compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and HSE requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all EPC electrical commissioning activities from pre-commissioning through startup and final handover. JOB SUMMARY: The Telehandler Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a telescopic handler to lift, transport, and place materials, equipment, and loads across the worksite, including rough or uneven terrain. The role requires precise load handling at height and extended reach, strict adherence to lift plans and load charts, and full compliance with site HSE and lifting operation procedures<br>Key Responsibilities Operate the telehandler safely to lift, carry, and place materials (pallets, pipes, equipment, containers, and other loads) at height and extended reach, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and site lift procedures. Conduct pre-use inspections of the telehandler (visual, mechanical, and functional checks) and report defects or unsafe conditions immediately; complete daily inspection checklists/logbooks. Read and apply load charts correctly, calculating safe working load relative to boom angle, extension, and radius before every lift. Assess ground conditions, terrain, and stability requirements before positioning the machine, including use of outriggers/stabilizers where fitted. Coordinate with banksmen/signalers, riggers, and ground personnel using standard hand signals or radio communication during lifting operations. Follow approved lift plans for non-routine or complex lifts, and escalate to supervision when a lift falls outside standard operating limits. Maintain safe exclusion zones and ensure no personnel are positioned under a suspended or raised load. Use only certified attachments (forks, buckets, jibs, man-baskets) appropriate to the task, and never exceed rated capacity. Carry out basic operator-level maintenance (fluid checks, tire condition, greasing) and report equipment faults for maintenance follow-up. Maintain accurate records of operating hours, inspections, and incidents as required by site procedures. Comply with all HSE policies, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work procedures relevant to lifting and material handling operations. مفتش مراقبة الجودة – الأنابيب واللحام<br>نحن نبحث عن مفتشي مراقبة جودة ذوي خبرة في مجال الأنابيب واللحام للانضمام إلى مشروعنا في المملكة العربية السعودية.<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br>إجراء عمليات تفتيش مراقبة الجودة لتركيب الأنابيب وتصنيعها ولحامها والأنشطة ذات الصلة وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير شركة أرامكو السعودية والأكواد الدولية المعمول بها. فحص مواد الأنابيب، وأعمال التصنيع، والتركيب، واللحام، وأنشطة الاختبار لضمان الامتثال للإجراءات المعتمدة ومتطلبات الجودة. إجراء عمليات الفحص البصري وحضور الاختبارات الهيدروستاتيكية، والهوائية، واللحام، والاختبارات الأخرى المطلوبة. مراجعة الرسومات، وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs)، وبيانات الطريقة، وإجراءات اللحام، ووثائق الجودة. ضمان الامتثال للأكواد والمعايير المعمول بها، بما في ذلك ASME B31.3، ASME B31.4، ASME B31.8، ASME القسم V و IX، API 620، API 650، و AWS D1.1. إجراء ومراجعة أنشطة فحص اللحام وفقاً لمتطلبات الشهادات المعمول بها. مراجعة والتحقق من برامج وإجراءات ونتائج فحص الاختبارات غير الإتلافية (NDT). تنفيذ أو مراجعة أو ضمان إجراء فحوصات VT و MT و PT و RT و UT حسب الاقتضاء، مع الحصول على شهادة صالحة في الطريقة (الطرق) ذات الصلة. الحصول على شهادة ASNT المستوى الثاني في طريقة (طرق) الاختبارات غير الإتلافية ذات الصلة عند تنفيذ أو مراجعة أو ضمان أنشطة الاختبارات غير الإتلافية. إجراء أو مراجعة تفسير أفلام التصوير الإشعاعي (RTFI) عند الحاجة، مع الحصول على شهادة RTFI صالحة. إعداد وحفظ تقارير الفحص وسجلات الجودة والوثائق ذات الصلة. التنسيق مع ممثلي الإنشاءات والهندسة والعملاء لحل القضايا المتعلقة بالجودة وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات جودة المشروع. ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات الهندسية والمعايير ومتطلبات جودة المشروع الخاصة بشركة أرامكو السعودية.<br>المتطلبات<br>دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية. خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات كمفتش مراقبة جودة في مجال الأنابيب و/أو اللحام. خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع/مجالات النفط والغاز. لمفتشي اللحام: شهادة AWS CWI أو CSWIP 3.1 أو ما يعادلها المعتمد من الشركة. لمفتشي اللحام: شهادة ASNT المستوى الثاني صالحة في طريقة (طرق) الاختبارات غير الإتلافية ذات الصلة، حيثما ينطبق ذلك. شهادة صالحة لأنشطة VT و MT و PT و RT و UT و RTFI ذات الصلة، حيثما ينطبق ذلك. يفضل بشدة المرشحون المعتمدون سابقاً من قبل أرامكو السعودية والذين لديهم رقم SAP صالح. يجب على المرشحين الحاصلين على اعتماد أرامكو السعودية تقديم رقم SAP الخاص بهم ونسخة من الاعتماد. معرفة قوية بمعايير ومواصفات أرامكو السعودية والأكواد المعمول بها ومتطلبات الجودة.

الغرض من الدور يضمن أن جميع أنشطة اللحام والإنشاءات الميكانيكية ذات الصلة تمتثل لمواصفات المشروع، والرموز الدولية، ومتطلبات الجودة لدى العميل. يلعب المفتش دوراً رئيسياً في الحفاظ على سلامة اللحام، والإشراف على عمليات التفتيش، ودعم إطار ضمان الجودة الخاص بالمشروع ضمن بيئة صناعية عالية المخاطر.<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br>إجراء فحص بصري والتحقق من أنشطة اللحام، بما في ذلك التطابق، ومعايير اللحام، والمواد الاستهلاكية، وجودة اللحام النهائي. مراجعة والتحقق من سجلات WPS، وPQR، وتسجيلات تأهيل اللحام. تنسيق ومراقبة أنشطة NDT (RT، UT، MT، PT) مع المقاولين الفرعيين المعتمدين. ضمان التحكم الصحيح والتخزين وإصدار مواد استهلاك اللحام. فحص المواد، والتحقق من أرقام الحرارة، والحفاظ على قابلية الاستتباب عبر التصنيع والتركيب. تفسير الرسومات الهندسية، والإيسومتريكس، ومواصفات المشروع. إعداد تقارير التفتيش، وNCRs، وتقارير المراقبة، والحفاظ على وثائق الجودة. ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ASME، وAWS، وAPI، والمعايير الخاصة بالمشروع. المشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية، وجولات الموقع، وأنشطة قائمة النقط (punch‑list). التنسيق مع فرق الإنشاء والهندسة وممثلي العميل لحل قضايا الجودة. دعم أنشطة تفتيش الطلاء/التغليف عند الحاجة، خاصة إذا كان holder لشهادات NACE/ICorr/BGAS. ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة خلال جميع أنشطة التفتيش.<br>المؤهلات الإلزامية<br>CSWIP 3.1، BGAS 3.1، أو ما يعادلها من شهادات تفتيش اللحام. فهم قوي لعمليات اللحام مثل SMAW، GTAW، FCAW، وSAW.<br>المؤهلات المفضلة CSWIP 3.2. NACE المستوى 2، ICorr، BGAS، أو ما يعادلها من شهادات الطلاء/الدهان. تدريب إضافي في QA/QC أو ISO 9001 ذات صلة.<br>الخلفية التعليمية دبلوم تقني أو درجة. يفضل درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية.<br>متطلبات الخبرة الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات من خبرة تفتيش QA/QC في اللحام في: محطات الطاقة ذات الدورة المدمجة (CCPP) البناء النفط والغاز البوليمرات أو قطاعات صناعية عالية المخاطر أخرى. خبرة في العمل مع المقاولين EPC أو مشاريع صناعية كبرى تعتبر ميزة.<br>المهارات والكفاءات معرفة قوية بـ ASME IX، ASME B31.1/B31.3، AWS D1.1، والمعايير API ذات الصلة. القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات المعقدة. الكفاءة في إعداد وثائق التفتيش والحفاظ على قابلية التتبع. مهارات الاتصال والتنسيق القوية عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات. دقة عالية وقدرة على حل المشكلات. الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الجودة ومنصات وثائق المشاريع.

عن الشركة<br><br>تلتزم شركة البحر الأحمر العالمية بتقديم خدمات استثنائية في مجالات الإنشاءات والعمليات الميدانية، مع ضمان السلامة والكفاءة في جميع مشاريعنا.<br><br>عن الدور الوظيفي<br><br>يتولى مسؤول إصدار/استلام التصاريح إدارة عملية تصاريح العمل (PTW) اليومية عبر الموقع وعمليات المصنع. يضمن هذا الدور التنسيق السلس لتصاريح العمل بين فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاص بالعميل والعمليات الميدانية لمنع تأخير العمل، وفرض الامتثال للسلامة، وتقليل وقت التوقف عن العمل في الموقع، والحفاظ على التنفيذ الآمن لجميع أنشطة الموقع.<br><br>المسؤوليات<br><br>إدارة وتنسيق تصاريح العمل: الإشراف على دورة حياة تصريح العمل (PTW) من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك إصدار التصاريح والتحقق منها وتتبعها وإغلاقها رسمياً. التواصل مع العميل وفريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة: العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية بين ممثلي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لدى العميل والعمليات الميدانية لتنسيق الموافقات على التصاريح بسلاسة. التحقق من الموقع والتحكم في السلامة: إجراء عمليات تفتيش للموقع قبل العمل للتحقق من أن جميع احتياطات السلامة، وخطوات العزل، والضوابط البيئية قد تم تنفيذها بدقة قبل إصدار أو استلام التصاريح. الكفاءة التشغيلية: مراقبة التصاريح النشطة في الموقع للقضاء على التأخير غير الضروري، وتقليل وقت انتظار المعدات والقوى العاملة، وتسهيل سير العمل المستمر. الامتثال وحفظ السجلات: ضمان امتثال جميع وثائق التصاريح وتقييمات المخاطر وتحليلات سلامة الوظائف (JSA) للسياسات الداخلية ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالعميل؛ والحفاظ على سجلات واضحة للتصاريح. أحاديث صندوق الأدوات والإحاطات: المساعدة في إيصال معايير العمل الآمن ومتطلبات التصاريح إلى الفرق الميدانية قبل البدء في المهام عالية المخاطر أو المتخصصة.<br><br>مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)<br><br>صفر وقت ضائع بسبب تأخير إصدار التصاريح أو الفجوات الإدارية. امتثال بنسبة 100% للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالعميل وشركة البحر الأحمر العالمية. تسجيل وإغلاق دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب لجميع تصاريح العمل الصادرة.<br><br>المؤهلات<br><br>الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة كمسؤول إصدار تصاريح، أو مستلم تصاريح، أو منسق صحة وسلامة وبيئة في الموقع ضمن قطاعات الإنشاءات أو التصنيع أو العمليات الميدانية. المعرفة الفنية: فهم قوي لأنظمة تصاريح العمل (PTW)، وتحليل سلامة الوظائف (JSA)، وتحديد المخاطر، وبروتوكولات سلامة الموقع. الشهادات: شهادة سارية كمُصدر/مستلم تصاريح عمل (يفضل شهادة العميل/أرامكو أو شهادة صناعية معادلة).<br><br>المهارات المطلوبة<br><br>مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة الموقع؛ القدرة على حل الاختناقات التشغيلية بكفاءة.<br><br>المهارات المفضلة<br><br>خبرة في البيئات عالية المخاطر وإلمام بمعايير السلامة الصناعية.<br><br>نطاق الرواتب وحزمة التعويضات<br><br>راتب تنافسي يعتمد على الخبرة والمؤهلات.<br><br>بيان تكافؤ الفرص<br><br>شركة البحر الأحمر العالمية هي جهة عمل تلتزم بتكافؤ الفرص. نحن نحتفي بالتنوع ونلتزم بخلق بيئة شاملة لجميع الموظفين.
