Jazeera Airways is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Flight Operations to lead the Flight Operations function for its new venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br>The Director of Flight Operations (DFO) is a post holder acceptable to GACA, and have the responsibility to the Accountable Manager (AM) for ensuring:The management and supervision of all flight operations activities;The management of safety and security risks to flight operations;Flight operations are conducted in accordance with conditions and restrictions of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC), and in compliance with applicable regulations of GACA and standards of Jazeera Airways.<br>The Director of Flight Operations (DFO) plays a critical, strategic role during the startup of the company Air Operator Certificate (AOC) project, acting as the primary Nominated Person for flight operations responsible for creating the safe and legal foundation for the company. The development, maintenance and currency of the company Flight Operations Manual system; and is the owner of the Operations Manual (A, B, C, and D), and the OpSpecs;Ensure the allocation of resources necessary for aircraft operations and control of human resources required for the operations. He is accountable for the elements of operational safety and security specifically related to the conduct or supervision of flight operations. Ensure the implementation of an effective Standardization system and determine Standard Operating Practices to comply with relevant legislation and regulations. Organize inspection flights, to check the standards of the crew members, and to establish improvements in standards, procedures and training. Initiate, approve, administer and monitor a cost-effective Flight Operations department annual budget, required to achieve operational targets, without jeopardizing safety. Plan and implement required changes in the flight operations organization, including management personnel and crew members. He shall implement provisions to ensure that all personnel involved in the operation are qualified as required for the area and type of operation. Responsibilities include overseeing the interviewing, hiring, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensuring that the occurrence reporting system is implemented amongst other related sections of the operation department to enable feedback, assessment and evaluation of relevant incident and accident reports in order to identify adverse trends or to address deficiencies in the interests of flight safety. Investigating and reporting on incidents/accidents and making recommendations to preclude a recurrence. Liaise with the local Civil Aviation Authorities on flight operations’ matters and signing GACA correspondence and applicable Operations Specifications. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines including, but not limited to, the maintenance and revision of the Statement of Compliance;Accountable for the proper recordkeeping of all Flight Operations department records. Coordination with the Director of Maintenance to ensure that all aircraft have appropriate operational equipment, and that operating limitations are appropriate for the approved areas, routes and airports. Is responsible for safe flight operations, and for the control of operations and operational standards of all airplanes operated and the operations coordination functions that may impact operational control. Plans, implements, revises and monitors policies, procedures, recommendations and standards related to the Flight Operations department and its structure. Ensures that Crew Scheduling and Planning, as well as, Crew Control comply with flight and duty time regulations.<br>Qualifications and Requirements:<br>1. Hold an airline transport pilot (ATP) license.2. Have at least 3 years’ supervisory or managerial experience within the last 6 years in a position that exercised operational control over any operations similar to those conducted under GACAR Part 121,3. In the case of a person becoming a Director of Flight Operations:(i) for the first time ever, have at least 3 years’ experience, within the past 6 years, as PIC of an aircraft operated under GACAR Part 121;(ii) In the case of a person with previous experience as a Director of Operations, have at least 3 years’ experience as PIC of an aircraft operated under GACAR Part 121.4. Has knowledge of regulations and requirements and the contents of company AOC, operations specifications, the provision of the regulations and the standards necessary to carry out his duties and responsibilities to ensure safety, security and efficiency.5. Has a good analytical skill.6. Has interpersonal, communications and supervising skill with an ability to liaise effectively at all levels of the organization.7. Credit Control Manager<br>Job Purpose The Credit Control Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire credit-to-cash cycle across the Group's entities. The role safeguards the organization's cash flow and working capital by establishing sound credit policies, minimizing credit risk and bad debt exposure, driving the collections function, and optimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), while maintaining strong customer relationships. Strengthen cash flow through disciplined credit control. Branch Financial Governance Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and DoA across all branches. Standardize reporting and KPIs. Conduct periodic audits and drive corrective actions through branch performance reviews. Understand the revenue recognition process of Aftersales and monitor the compliance.
