Translate business growth plans (new SKUs, capacity expansion, new markets) into supply chain capacity and network plans. Represent supply chain on the sector leadership team and advise the CEO/COO on supply risk, cost, and capacity trade-offs. Procurement & Raw Material Sourcing Oversee sourcing strategy for key raw materials (surfactants, builders, fragrances, packaging film/bottles) balancing cost, quality, and supply security. Lead supplier qualification, contracting, and performance management, including local and international vendors. Monitor global commodity/petrochemical price trends and build hedging or dual-sourcing strategies to mitigate volatility. Production Planning & Inventory Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand forecasts with plant production schedules. Set inventory policy (raw material, WIP, finished goods) to optimize working capital while protecting service levels.
