The role will ensure site compliance, conduct inspections, support audits, report incidents, follow up corrective actions, and work closely with project teams to maintain safe and compliant operati<br>on<br>Key Responsibilit Conduct regular QHSE inspections, site walks, audits, and compliance assessments across FM project sites. Monitor and verify the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, permits, risk assessments, and method statements. Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, quality deficiencies, and non-compliance issues, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure. Support investigations of incidents, accidents, near misses, and non-conformities, and prepare clear and accurate reports. Maintain QHSE documentation, inspection records, audit reports, training records, and compliance tracking systems. Facilitate toolbox talks, safety briefings, awareness campaigns, and site-level QHSE training sessions. Coordinate with operations teams, maintenance personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives on all QHSE-related matters. Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, company standards, client requirements, and project-specific QHSE procedures. Monitor PPE compliance, work-at-height activities, electrical safety practices, housekeeping standards, waste management processes, emergency preparedness, and permit-to-work controls. Support internal and external audits and assist in closing audit findings within agreed timelines. Promote a proactive safety culture and maintain high standards of QHSE discipline across all site teams. Provide regular QHSE performance updates and recommendations to management to support continuous improvement initiativ<br>es.<br>Required Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE/HSE roles. Previous experience in Facilities Management (FM), Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Operations & Maintenance (O&M), maintenance services, building services, or large operational project environments is required. Good knowledge of:Site safety practices Risk assessments Incident and accident reporting Audits and inspections Corrective and preventive action follow-up Corrective and preventive action follow-up Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001 are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams, supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and client representatives. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation. Willingness and ability to work on-site and travel or relocate to project locations across Saudi Arabia as requi<br>red.<br>Preferred Strong background in Facilities Management (FM) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments. Enforce the implementation of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), JSP (Job Safety Plan), and LPP (Life Protection Plan) during job execution. Update and manage all HSE documentation and records in line with company and client standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify ongoing HSE compliance. Report safety-related issues to site management and immediate supervisors through regular updates. Attend scheduled meetings with clients and management to discuss site safety matters. Stay current on relevant health, safety, and welfare legislation and communicate updates to project teams. Oversee safety inspections, fire drills, risk assessments, and lone working procedures; ensure all staff understand their safety responsibilities. Participate in monthly meetings to provide input on health and safety performance and concerns.<br><br>Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant HSE experience. NEBOSH IGC is a MUST. Experience in Overhead Transmission Line projects (OHTL) Saudi national.
