Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Supervisor to lead and oversee regional procurement activities, develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and supervise procurement teams across assigned project sites.<br>Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate procurement activities across assigned regional project sites. Manage and guide procurement staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement regional procurement strategies aligned with project requirements. Ensure timely sourcing and availability of materials, equipment, and services. Conduct market research to identify suppliers, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance. Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to forecast procurement requirements. Review and ensure compliance of purchase orders with company policies and agreed terms. Review supplier quotations and ensure accurate supporting documentation. Support tendering activities, including RFQs, bid collection, and evaluation. Prepare procurement status reports for management. Resolve supply chain issues and delivery challenges in a timely manner. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for procurement staff.<br>Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement. Gulf experience is preferred. Fluent in English and Arabic. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

To monitor daily CCTV inspection and sewer-cleaning activities and ensure that all site work is carried out safely and in compliance with Saudi regulations, National Water Company (NWC) HSE requirements, the approved Project HSE Plan, and company procedures, while promptly identifying hazards and reporting unsafe acts and conditions.<br><br>Roles <br><br>Support the QHSE Manager / HSE Focal Point in implementing the Project HSE Plan Provide continuous safety coverage for assigned field teams and work locations Promote safe work practices and a positive safety culture among employees and subcontractors Monitor compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions and ensure immediate corrective action Coordinate daily safety requirements with supervisors, operators, drivers, and field crews Report HSE observations, incidents, and repeated violations to the QHSE Manager<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Implement site safety procedures and instructions issued under the approved Project HSE Plan Conduct pre-work and continuous site inspections and immediately report unsafe acts or conditions Check that required Risk Assessments, JSA, toolbox talks, and valid Permits to Work are available before work starts Ensure correct use of PPE and proper installation of barricades, warning signs, lighting, housekeeping, and traffic-control arrangements Monitor high-risk activities including manhole opening, confined-space entry, atmospheric gas testing, lifting of manhole covers, jetting operations, generator use, vehicle movement, and road work Conduct daily toolbox talks and participate in project HSE induction and awareness activities Inspect tools, equipment, gas detectors, lifting accessories, vehicles, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency equipment before use Ensure confined-space entry requirements, standby arrangements, communication, and rescue provisions are maintained Report incidents, near misses, hazards, and environmental observations immediately and assist in investigations when required Maintain daily inspection checklists, toolbox- talk records, PTW records, observation reports, and corrective-action follow-up logs Follow up corrective actions with the relevant supervisor until satisfactory closure<br><br>Authorities <br><br>Stop any activity presenting an immediate danger to personnel, property, or the environment Prevent the use of unsafe tools, equipment, vehicles, or work practices Require immediate correction of unsafe conditions before work resumes Remove personnel from a hazardous area when minimum safety requirements are not met Escalate serious or repeated HSE violations to the QHSE Manager / HSE Focal Point and project management<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Required Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Qualification Minimum educational qualification: Higher Diploma from a recognized institution Professional Certification International recognized HSE certification ( OSHA or NEBOSHA ) Experience A minimum of 5 years of general experience in occupational health and safety, with at least 2 years of experience in site safety monitoring and supervision<br><br>Required Competencies And Skills<br><br>Technical Competencies Knowledge of HSE procedures and requirements Well-versed in issuing, reviewing and controlling all types of work permits (PTW)<br><br>Skills<br><br>Excellent communication Ability to monitor, plan and organize Proficient in using basic computer applications Proficiency in English Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)
Job Summary<br>To efficiently and profitably manage and direct activities in passenger services department by providing a safe, quality product covering a range of ground handling services to its customers and overall accountable for operations at the terminal (above wings)<br>Responsibilities<br>Provide leadership and work direction to the Passenger Handling teams Ensure compliance to set department Key Performance Indicators (KPI’) Monitor all the handling services provided at the Terminal for Scheduled and Adhoc operations Monitor attendance of all Passenger Handling staff (Check In, Lost & Found, MAAS/PRM) Hold briefings with all Passenger Handling teams (Check In , Lost & Found , MAAS) before start of operations Liaise with the shift supervisors on the duty allocations for the day Ensure that all positions (Check In Counters , Transfer desk & Arrivals) are opened as per SLA’s Coordinate with shift supervisors on cross utilization of resources by re-allocating/re-assigning coupled with innovate staff management Ensure that documents profile desk at Check in & Gate has been set up as per SLA’s (where applicable) Ensure & monitor gate and transfer desk processes per flight as per SLA’s Liaise & coordinate with the MAAS /PRM team on all special handling requests (WCHR/UM/DEPU) Monitor & coordinate flight close out as per SLA’s and dispatch paperwork Queue management at the departure terminal to ensure seamless operations Participate in periodic performance reviews and disciplinary sessions of the staff Engage customers and authorities be present at all times at the terminal during operations for any queries Make spot checks at arrival hall to ensure that pre-flight set up has been done Monitor first bag / last bag offload processes at the arrivals Review the AHL / OHD list & updating of files at the end of the shift Liaise with shift supervisors that customer supplied products and stationery are stored accordingly after end of operations Ensure that deviations from the daily operations are properly covered (e.g. extra flights, charters , delayed flights) and reconciliation done for any monies collected for any adhoc services Monitor and cross check that all post flight paperwork and activities have been finalized Hold debriefings when & as required with the teams Investigate all operational irregularities at the terminal and submit reports /recommendations to the Manager , Passenger Services & Duty Station Manager Responsible for reporting occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation at the terminal Maintain & enforce company policies Maintain a comprehensive and accurate log / inventory of support tools such as Communication radios ,Mobile phones , Tablets , WCHR’s and report any defects immediately Issue the long term planning / allocation (next 24H) , cross check of resources (Manpower and Equipment’s) Ensure that data capture and daily reports as per defined formats &/or in the Swissport reporting tools (FSC, SOR, D. A. T. E etc.) are accurate & promptly submitted Generate a summary report of all activities at the terminal after end of the shift Liaise and coordinate with Duty Officer Ramp to ensure flights are dispatched on time Carry out any additional duties as instructed by management<br>Qualifications and Competencies Minimum 3 years Passenger Services Supervisor experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic in addition is an advantage) Excellent knowledge of all functions in Passenger Services Strong organizational and multi tasking skills Leadership ability Customer focus and quality awareness Ability to deal with conflict Valid Driver’s License Ability to work in inclement weather Ability to work under pressure Ability to work flexible hours
