Track site activities, progress, pending tasks, and project action items. Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Maintain project trackers, schedules, reports, and documentation. Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned actions. Follow up on shop drawings, material submittals, approvals, and technical documentation. Track material requirements, procurement status, and site deliveries. Support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project progress reports. Maintain testing and project closeout documentation. Escalate delays, technical issues, and outstanding actions to the Project Manager.<br>Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in ELV / ICT projects, site coordination, or project coordination. Good understanding of ELV/ICT systems and project execution. Familiarity with project documentation, drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and site coordination. Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling. Knowledge of MS Project or similar project-management tools is an advantage. Good communication, organization, follow-up, and teamwork skills. Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred. Must be willing and able to travel, relocate, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.<br>Preferred Certifications: CAPM or Project Management training is an advantage.
