The role will support the HSE Manager in implementing the Project HSE Management System and ensuring that construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with approved procedures, risk assessments, method statements, client requirements, applicable regulations, and project standards.</p> <p>The position will work closely with construction teams, contractors, subcontractors, Quality, Engineering, and Airport Operations to identify hazards, implement effective control measures, monitor site compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across the project.</p> <p> </p> <p> <b>What You'll Be Doing:</b> </p> <ul> <li>Support the HSE Manager in implementing the Project HSE Management System, HSE Plan, procedures, and requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate daily HSE activities across procedures.</li> <li>Monitor implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) requirements for high-risk activities.</li> <li>Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, work at height, excavation, confined spaces, hot work, electrical works, temporary works, and heavy equipment operations.</li> <li>Support implementation of airport and airside safety requirements for activities conducted within operational or restricted areas.</li> <li>Coordinate with construction teams regarding safe access, logistics, traffic management, equipment movement, and work-zone controls.</li> <li>Ensure appropriate barricading, signage, access control, and exclusion zones are maintained.</li> <li>Conduct daily safety inspections and provide immediate advice to site teams regarding unsafe conditions.</li> <li>Stop or escalate unsafe work where there is an immediate risk to personnel, property, or airport operations.</li> <li>Participate in incident, accident, near-miss, and unsafe-condition investigations.</li> <li>Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and development of corrective and preventive actions.</li> <li>Monitor and follow up on closure of HSE observations, learning assets in LMS/LXP including knowledge checks, pre-assessments, placement tests, and spaced repetition review cards aligned to the QREL content architecture Apply and maintain the QREL metadata taxonomy across all published content in LMS/LXP, ensuring every module carries the correct realm tag, skill tag, language tag, audience tag, and content type classification Manage content version control in LMS/LXP, archiving outdated or superseded modules correctly to protect completion records and learner history while keeping the active content catalogue clean and accurate Conduct platform activity volumes, distributing these to the relevant stakeholders on an agreed reporting cadence Monitor Qiddiya's LMS/LXP Insights on a daily and weekly basis, identifying completion gaps, engagement drops, or data anomalies and escalating to the Senior Manager, Digital Systems with a clear summary and recommended action Maintain the four-view QREL reporting suite — Learning Administrator, BU Training Lead, Senior Stakeholders, and Performance Team — ensuring dashboards are accurate, up to date, and aligned to the agreed KPI framework Track and report on platform health metrics including login frequency, session duration, active learner counts, at-risk content flags, and notification open rates, providing weekly summaries to the Senior Manager, Digital Systems Ensure all learner data and reporting outputs are handled in accordance with QREL data governance standards and Qiddiya's data privacy requirements<br><br>Stakeholder Coordination and Communication<br><br>
