Azure billing and cost visibility<br>Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Azure consumption, charges, credits, commitments, and spending trends. Reconcile Azure invoices or billing statements against Cost Management data, exports, agreed rates, credits, and adjustments. Analyze cost by subscription, resource group, service, environment, application, owner, project, and business unit. Maintain reliable monthly cost reporting and explain material changes, unusual charges, and key cost drivers. Track Azure credit burn rate and forecast expected depletion dates using documented assumptions and scenarios. Support cost allocation, showback/chargeback, and data-quality improvements for tags and ownership information.<br>B. Optimization and savings realization<br>Identify and quantify optimization opportunities, including rightsizing, idle or orphaned resources, shutdown schedules, storage tiers, licensing benefits, reservations, savings plans, and architecture-related cost improvements. Maintain an optimization pipeline with opportunity value, owner, action, approval status, implementation date, risk, and expected payback. Work with infrastructure, application, data, security, and service owners to validate feasibility and agree implementation actions. Track recommendations through implementation and verify realized savings against an agreed baseline; do not report recommendations alone as savings. Highlight cost-risk trade-offs so that optimization does not compromise availability, performance, security, or business continuity. Use Azure Advisor and other available cost-management data as inputs, while independently validating financial impact.<br>C. Forecasting, governance and reporting<br>Produce monthly rolling forecasts for Azure spend and consumption using actual usage, seasonality, project demand, commitments, and expected optimization. Estimate new workload costs using the Azure Pricing Calculator and documented technical assumptions provided by solution owners. Configure or support budgets, alerts, anomaly review, tagging controls, and recurring governance routines. Prepare concise monthly dashboards covering actuals, forecast, variance, cost drivers, credits, commitments, optimization pipeline, realized savings, and key risks. Maintain auditable calculation logic, source data, assumptions, and evidence for reported savings and forecasts. Recommend improvements to Azure financial governance, cost ownership, and accountability. D. Routine IT budget support <br>Provide Azure actuals, forecast, and variance inputs to the IT budget owner. Support recurring budget updates or basic variance analysis when requested. Assist with limited non-Azure budget activities only when capacity allows and without reducing the Azure Fin Ops focus.<br>Required qualifications<br>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in cloud cost management, Azure billing, Fin Ops, cloud financial analysis, or a closely related role. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cost Management + Billing, including cost analysis, exports, budgets, alerts, and billing data. Demonstrated experience identifying Azure optimization opportunities and quantifying or tracking savings. Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP or equivalent lookup methods, complex formulas, and Power Query; Power BI is strongly preferred. Ability to translate technical consumption data into clear financial insights and actions for both technical and management audiences. Own Kubernetes cluster bootstrap and lifecycle on partner-provided bare metal, including NVIDIA GPU Operator and Network Operator. Oversee GPU isolation using technologies such as Kube Virt and VFIO and manage day-two infrastructure operations, upgrades, backup, recovery, and node replacement. Define managed inference architecture covering serving, multi-GPU and multi-node parallelism, autoscaling, request routing, endpoint reliability, and confidential-compute capabilities. Establish observability across the control plane, GPU fleet, and application layers through metrics, logging, alerting, and SLOs. Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and the development of an on-call model that is sustainable for a lean engineering organization. Act as the primary technical interface with infrastructure partners and vendors, translating requirements into written specifications and acceptance tests. Manage technical escalations with partners through resolution and contribute to capacity planning and hardware sourcing decisions. Work directly with research, model-training, and product teams to translate workloads into platform requirements and manage capacity constraints. Hire and develop members of the platform team while maintaining a high technical bar. Contribute to architecture decisions involving distributed systems, high-performance computing, networking, storage, virtualization, and GPU workloads.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on GPU and infrastructure expertise with proven technical leadership experience. Strong observability and operations experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or comparable platforms, including SLOs, incident response, and post-incident reviews. We are seeking a qualified Safety Engineer to join the construction supervision team for a residential villas project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing contractor compliance with project HSE requirements, Saudi Arabian regulations, and international best practices. This role is critical in ensuring a safe working environment across all active construction areas, protecting workers, subcontractors, and site visitors throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities HSE Plan Review & Compliance: Review, evaluate, and approve contractors' HSE plans, method statements, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSAs) to ensure adequate hazard identification and control measures are in place . Site Supervision & Monitoring: Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits across active construction areas to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental risks. Ensure prompt corrective actions are implemented and documented . Contractor Performance Management: Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance against project KPIs and HSE objectives. Verify that all personnel are appropriately trained, inducted, and competent for their assigned roles . High-Risk Activity Oversight: Monitor work activities involving excavation, working at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, electrical work, and other high-risk construction activities specific to villa construction. Ensure permit-to-work systems are properly implemented . Incident Investigation: Participate in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations. Conduct root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective and preventive measures are implemented and tracked to closure . Training & Awareness: Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for contractors and site staff. Promote a positive safety culture across the project . Emergency Preparedness: Support emergency response planning and drills, including fire evacuation, heat stress management, and first aid response. Verify that emergency procedures are documented and communicated to all site personnel . Reporting & Documentation: Prepare HSE inspection reports, observation reports, non-conformance reports, and monthly performance summaries. Maintain comprehensive safety records and documentation . Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian health, safety, and environmental regulations, including Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) requirements, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and Civil Defense regulations . Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and regulatory authorities on all HSE-related matters. Attend progress, coordination, and safety meetings . Qualifications Essential Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline . Experience: Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction, with specific experience on residential building or villa construction projects. Experience within an HSE function on construction supervision projects is strongly preferred . Saudi Experience: Demonstrated experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia (KSA), with strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and authority requirements . Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification . Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, hazard identification techniques, and construction safety best practices. Knowledge of permit-to-work systems, JSA development, and incident investigation procedures . Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills are highly advantageous . Reporting Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems. Strong report writing and communication skills . Preferred Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or eligibility . Additional certifications in incident investigation, risk assessment, or auditing . Experience with ISO 45001 or similar HSE management systems
