<p >English Path is seeking an <strong >Admissions and Progression Officer</strong> to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring 5 days per week, and is suitable for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The officer will play a key role in supporting students from their initial application through to university progression, managing the end-to-end admissions process for EP University Pathway programmes while ensuring an outstanding student experience.</p>
<p >This position involves guiding students through their progression options, assisting them in making informed decisions, and providing support throughout the university application journey, including accommodation and visa applications. While primarily supporting EP Riyadh, the role also involves collaboration with other EP schools as needed, contributing to students' educational journeys within a collaborative, international environment.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Respond to inquiries, provide programme information, and guide agents and students through the application process for EP university preparatory programmes.</li>
<li >Receive, process, and assess student applications, ensuring all required documentation is present and accurate.</li>
<li >Make decisions on student admissions under delegation or in consultation with the Academic Manager.</li>
<li >Inform applicants of key application milestones and deadlines to support a smooth enrolment process and timely intake participation.</li>
<li >Stay informed of current visa regulations and assist in preparing and updating visa guidance materials for prospective and enrolled students, ensuring compliance and clarity.</li>
<li >Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external colleagues.</li>
<li >Prepare regular reports for management review on intake numbers, applicant progress, and overall admissions performance, supporting data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li >Provide guidance and support to students on progression opportunities, assisting them in identifying and selecting appropriate university destinations and programmes.</li>
<li >Offer guidance on the completion of university applications.</li>
<li >Support students with visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and related enquiries.</li>
<li >Liaise with pathway delivery partners and university partner staff as required.</li>
<li >Assist the Global Head of Admissions with core tasks during peak periods.</li>

<p>The role is set up to keep alumni connected to each other and the University. Alumni Relations Officer is responsible for bringing current students into the alumni community; therefore, a lot of promotion work is involved, in addition to day-to-day coordinating, following up and supporting on all the Alumni & Placement Relations requirements as well as alumni and students needs.</p><p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Supports and coordinates in managing & promoting Alumni Relations programs.</li><li>Contributes to the development and success of new alumni job allocation, training, mentoring, and supporting graduates throughout their career paths.</li><li>Communicates with the Student Affairs Department and student groups to implement the student-alumni programs.</li><li>Ensures that alumni data are appropriately recorded in the Alumni & Placement Relations database and collaborates with other officers in the department to ensure that data classification is completely updated/maintained.</li><li>Coordinates and attends events, meetings, or other activities as requested by the line manager including career expos, CSR events, reunions, etc.</li><li>Determines new approaches to interact with stakeholders on web and new media platforms such as alumni homepage, alumni online platform, presence on the internet, social and digital media, video projects, virtual tours, live chats, and new apps.</li><li>Provides in the content for many different uses within communication portfolios such as alumni e-newsletter, alumni e-blasts, and online alumni platform, etc. to engage alumni members.</li><li>Works closely with and supports academic colleges in internships, workshops, and lecture series, which will result in more capable/professional alumni.</li><li>Ensures the success and progression of Alfaisal Alumni & Placement Relation s online portal to a maximum level of networking, tracking, and communication with alumni.</li><li>Conducts broad-based prospect research such as demographics and industry sector for fundraising, training, and employment and collaboration purposes.</li><li>Produces research profiles, bios, wealth indicators for senior administration for fundraising purposes.</li><li>Stays informed of social and industry trends and relays this information in a concerted fashion.</li><li>Conducts reports and analysis, e.g., alumni rosters, industry reports, BOT reports, QA Statistics & reports, etc. to reflect relevant data gathering and analysis and post-event reports and recommendations.</li><li>Ensures that the Alfaisal Ambassadors (alumni) are in-line with the Alfaisal University s brand to facilitate engagement and attract supporters.</li><li>Updates and organizes electronic database directory for emailing, calling to be easily accessible and utilized.</li><li>Maintains filing and office records accurately.</li><li>Performs all duties in a professional, competent, and confidential manner.</li><li>Performs all other related duties as required or assigned by the manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent from an accredited institute.</p><p>Minimum of two (2) years experience working in Human Resources, Public Relations, or related fields (Desirable).</p><p>Please upload CV in ENGLISH ONLY</p>
