Job Purpose <br><p>Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team by managing sales documentation, invoicing, customer records, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.</p><br><br><br>Key Accountability Areas <br><p>Sales Invoicing & Order Processing</p><br>
<ul>
<li>Issue delivery notes (OBDs) and sales invoices according to company procedures.</li>
<li>Follow up on pending delivery notes and ensure all OBDs are invoiced within the required period.</li>
<li>Issue special invoices (gifts, samples, etc.) through the system.</li>
<li>Process color replacement requests and follow up until OBDs are issued.</li>
<li>Manage third-party orders (TPOs) in coordination with the STD project team and after branch manager validation.</li>
</ul>
<p>Delivery, Stock & Demand Coordination</p><br>
<ul>
<li>Follow up on material shortages with the Demand Planning team to ensure full order fulfillment.</li>
<li>Verify proof of delivery (POD), ensure complete signatures, and confirm customer receipt and approval.</li>
<li>Ensure hubs are supplied with forecasted quantities and required safety stock.</li>
<li>Support the Customer Service team with issued items under their custody and provide custody and shortage reports.</li>

<p>Customer Accounts, Credit & Incentives</p><br>

<li>Prepare, review, and submit credit limit increase requests after obtaining required sales approvals.</li>
<li>Review customer incentives received from Finance and share feedback with concerned branches.</li>
<li>Prepare and review seller incentive documents and submit them to Finance for payment processing.</li>
<li>Support Sales with reports on customer balances, due and overdue invoices, and credit limits, and follow up to close pending payments.</li>

<li>Maintain and periodically update customer profiles and ensure all documents are valid and up to date (CR, licenses, promissory notes, etc.).</li>

<li>Request warranty letters from the Customer Service team based on Sales requests.</li>

Summary<p>Works independently and ensures a safe and proper environment for testing in the laboratory, on the wards, in the operating room, Cardiac Cath Lab, Emergency Room (OR) or any other area as required. Recognizes and eliminates artefacts to produce meaningful diagnositc information which is presented to the physician for interpretation.</p><br><br>Essential Responsibilities and Duties<p>1. Performs non-invasive cardiac investigations such as but not limited to ECG, Holter monitoring, stress testing, pacemaker and ICD analysis, blood pressure monitoring, echocardiography procedures including Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), and Stress Echocardiography (SE). </p><br><br>2. Performs urgent procedures on critically ill patients portably on the wards, in the OR, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICUs, Emergency Room, and any other location as requested and as required. 3. Assists physicians with procedures in the OR, Cardiac Cath Lab, or any other setting as required. 4. Observes and monitors patients during procedures, notes signs of distress and/or medical emergencies, takes remedial action, and notifies the nurse and/or physician as necessary. <br>5. Produces meaningful diagnostic information, obtains measured and calculated data, and makes preliminary reports for review by the reporting physician. <br>6. Documents and logs all patient events and procedures. <br>7. Ensures a safe environment and safe operation of equipment. Monitors equipment and reports any hazards or needs for repair and maintenance to Senior Cardiovascular Technologist or Manager. Calibrates and operates equipment as required. <br>8. Cleans and disinfects clinical equipment, following appropriate Laboratory policies, Hospital policies or manufacturer instructions. <br>9. As an AML Officer, you will support the implementation and day-to-day operation of Tabby’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) framework.
