Security & Compliance
Implement and follow IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
Help resolve security observations and vulnerabilities reported by security tools.
Support compliance with internal policies and relevant industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in internal IT support / IT administration.
Required Skills
Strong hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, basic networking (switching, routing, VLANs), and firewalls.
Basic experience with Microsoft Hyper‑V and backup solutions.
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL concepts and ticketing/helpdesk systems.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
