Job description

Executing various surveying tasks and site surveying with precision, including data preparation, drawings, and surveying reports, ensuring compliance with project specifications and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

Performing site surveying tasks using various surveying equipment.

Conducting surveying tasks for boundaries, alignments, and all construction elements.

Operating, calibrating, and maintaining surveying equipment, ensuring its readiness for work.

Preparing maps, drawings, and surveying data using specialized software.

Reviewing updates, ensuring compliance, and verifying accuracy before execution.

Collaborating with project engineers and contractors to ensure work is executed according to approved plans.

Documenting surveying results and preparing daily and weekly reports as needed.

Monitoring any deviations or discrepancies on-site and informing the direct manager to take necessary actions.

Maintaining surveying equipment and instruments and adhering to established protocols.

Complying with quality, safety, and health procedures during work.

Performing any other tasks related to the field as assigned by the direct manager.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in surveying or civil engineering or a related field

Preferred to have training courses in using surveying equipment and software

Experience of at least two years in surveying work on construction projects or infrastructure

Preferred experience in residential or commercial projects

Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level equipment.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and surveying software.

Good knowledge of engineering drawings and reading plans.

High accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to prepare technical reports.

Communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in the field.
