<li >دراسة كافة القضايا القانونية المتعلقة بالشركة ومتابعة المنازعات التي تكون الشركة طرفاً فيها.</li>
<li >تعريف الموظفين والعاملين وجميع الإدارات بالتشريعات القانونية الجديدة، واستخلاص الصعوبات التي قد تواجههم في تطبيقها، وتحديد مواطن الخلل والغموض والثغرات القانونية.</li>
<li >الإشراف على تحضير الوثائق والمستندات والتقارير القانونية اللازمة والموثقة مع الأدلة والأسانيد القانونية المتعلقة بالقضايا.</li>
