Redefine the future of wellness.<br>JOB PURPOSEThe Security, Compliance, and Logistics Manager oversees all aspects of resort security, safety, compliance, risk management, and logistics operations of Jayasom’s fleets. The role ensures a secure, compliant, and highly efficient environment for guests, colleagues, and assets. This position upholds the wellness mission of Jayasom Amaala by maintaining the highest levels of operational governance, emergency readiness, and guest privacy while ensuring smooth and effective logistical support across the resort.<br>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all resort security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and physical assets. Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, RSG standards, internal corporate policies, and international hospitality requirements. Develop, implement, and continuously improve security, risk, and compliance programs. Manage logistics operations of all Jayasom vehicles including receiving, storage, fleet coordination, maintenance, distribution. Conduct regular audits of vehicles for condition. Manage logistics of staff transportation within Amaala and coordination of trips outside Amaala. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, local law enforcement, Civil Defense, and regulatory authorities.
