Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.<br>Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience Certified Scuba Instructor (e.g., PADI OWSI or equivalent) with active and current teaching status. Minimum of 500 logged dives. Proven experience certifying at least 50 students across core diving courses. Certified in a minimum of five (5) specialty instructor ratings. Demonstrated experience working in diverse geographic locations. Strong background in dive center operations, including training, guiding, and retail. Experience in diving health and safety practices and risk management. Knowledge of equipment management and dive center logistics. Role is responsible for receiving and shipment of goods as well as installation or decommissioning of assets utilizing both the warehouse management system and MHE.</p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Handles incoming/outgoing hardware (servers, parts, cables). Manage inventory, asset tagging, and tracking systems. Stages equipment for installation</li><li>Installs servers (rack and stack), connects power and network cables, and troubleshoots basic hardware issues</li><li>Prepares hardware before deployment, including labeling, configuration, and quality checks</li><li>Performs routine DC hardware installation, including equipment identification, basic rack and stack support, cable placement, labeling, documentation, and housekeeping, under close supervision and according to approved deployment procedures</li><li>Respond to alerts and incidents quickly to minimize downtime</li><li>Perform maintenance and upgrades on servers including routine work, troubleshooting, and outage resolution</li><li>Ensure environmental conditions are maintained to prevent overheating, outages, or infrastructure damage</li><li>Maintain data center security protocols including controlling access to systems and facilities</li><li>Ensure and protect compliance and sensitive data according to company policy and protocols</li></ul><p><strong>Required Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent, required.</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak English</li><li>Previous experience in a data center desirable</li><li>Ability to utilize computer</li></ul><p ><strong>Our organization is an equal opportunity employer</strong></p>
