Develop and maintain rolling workforce plans in partnership with operational leaders, ensuring staffing requirements align with operational demand, seasonal passenger volumes and business growth. Support People Managers in setting objectives, conducting mid-year and annual performance reviews, managing performance improvement plans and fostering a high-performance culture. Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Airport CEO, senior leadership team and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters. Lead and develop the on-site HR team, establishing clear priorities, service standards and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver a responsive, customer-focused HR function. Work collaboratively with the wider KSA HR team and HR COEs to implement strategic HR initiatives, organisational change programmes and employee engagement activities across the business. Produce, analyse and present HR metrics and management information including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, recruitment activity and workforce planning to support informed business decisions. Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field. Professional Memberships: Preferably CIPD or similar. Job Purpose The Operation and Process Manager is responsible for managing daily plant operation and process performance to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation in line with contractual requirements, environmental regulations, approved procedures, and performance targets.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operation of all treatment units, including inlet works, biological treatment, clarification, filtration, disinfection, sludge treatment, and TSE systems. Ensure continuous plant availability, stable process performance, and compliance with design and contractual requirements. Monitor key process parameters, TSE quality and beneficial sludge quality. Analyze operational and laboratory data, identify process deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Optimize aeration, chemical dosing, sludge wasting, disinfection, energy consumption, and overall process efficiency. Coordinate with operation, laboratory, maintenance, HSE, and reporting teams to ensure smooth plant performance. Review daily operation logs, shift reports, laboratory results, and monthly performance reports. Support performance tests, reliability tests, capacity tests, and contractual compliance assessments. The role ensures assets are effectively maintained, operated, and optimized to support community needs while delivering long-term value for the asset owner.<br>Job Responsibilities Oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of civic assets, with a key focus on healthcare & education Monitor asset performance indicators such as occupancy/utilization levels, service delivery standards, operational efficiency, lifecycle costs and operator performance. Develop and execute annual asset management and business plans aligned with ownership objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews with facility operators.
