This is your chance to make history with us.<br>- You’ll need to safeguard your team’s safety, promoting Amazon’s Health and Safety standards,<br>- You’ll lead cross-functional teams, tasked with solving operational problems,<br>- You’ll uphold Amazon’s high standards of process quality,<br>- You’ll maintain inventory accuracy,<br>- You’ll strive to improve and streamline processes,<br>- You’ll actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network<br>Key job responsibilities<br>Core responsibilities will include:<br>- managing OTR metrics by overseeing process on ground and ensure process compliance<br>- lead and conduct station vehicles safety audits<br>- facilitate on-boarding process with our external contractor<br>- dive deep into OTR metrics challenges and provide solutions partnering with DSPs and stakeholders<br>- incentive management<br>- uniform auditing and inventory<br>- daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners, if needed<br>- handling DS callouts on day to day topics related to DSP DAs<br>- arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance<br>- working towards great DSP and DA experience<br>- streamline feedback from the DSPs to improve processes and provide solution<br>- High school or equivalent<br>- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays<br>- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required<br>- Speak, write, and read fluently in English<br>- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach<br>- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience<br>- Experience working with data analytics, data warehouse reporting, and query design<br>- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership<br>- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management or logistics<br>- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes<br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
