Role Description The Key Account Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia. The person in this role will manage key client accounts, oversee the sales cycle, and develop strategies to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality, resolving client issues promptly, and tracking account performance against targets. The Key Account Sales Manager will maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications

Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Experience in Key Accounts and Account Management, including developing and executing account plans. Excellent Customer Service capabilities focused on client satisfaction and retention. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Previous experience in key account or B2B sales, preferably within advertising, marketing, or related industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
