<h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">عن الدور</h3> <p style="margin:0 0 12px; ************;">تبحث Nama Chemicals Co. عن <strong style="font-weight:700;">مشرف كهرباء وأجهزة</strong> للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الجبيل. يتطلب هذا الدور بدوام كامل التخطيط والتوجيه وتنسيق صيانة أنظمة الكهرباء الصناعية والأجهزة. سيتولى المشرف الإشراف على صيانة الأنظمة الحرجة بما في ذلك DCS وPLC وأنظمة F&G وآلات التعبئة، لضمان تشغيل المصنع بشكل موثوق من خلال خدمات صيانة مركزية فعالة ومهنية في أنظمة الكهرباء والمحطة والأنظمة الفرعية، وأجهزة القياس والأنظمة التحكم.</p> <h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">المسؤوليات الرئيسية</h3> <ul style="margin:0 0 12px; padding-inline-start:24px; list-style-type:disc; list-style-position:outside;"> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">إدارة أنشطة الصيانة اليومية للكهرباء والقياس والتحكم (E&I)، تقييم المخاطر، وضمان توفير الأدوات والعمالة اللازمة لإكمال العمل.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">مراقبة المعدات بانتظام، اتخاذ إجراءات استباقية لمنع الأعطال، وضمان موثوقية المعدات.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">إدارة الأعطال والصيانة الوقائية، وضمان إدخال البيانات بدقة في SAP/MS Access.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">تحديث ملفات تاريخ المعدات وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة بما يتماشى مع مؤشرات الأداء الأساسية المعتمدة (KPIs).</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">استخدام SAP وغيرها من الأدوات المتاحة بشكل فعال لإدارة الصيانة.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">تحديد مشاكل العملية أو المعدات التي تسبب تكاليف إصلاح عالية أو أعطال المعدات، وتنفيذ إجراءات الرقابة الملائمة.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">توجيه أعمال الصيانة وفق النطاق وضمان تقديم خدمة سريعة وكافية لمؤسسات المستخدمين.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">التشاور مع مؤسسات المستخدم/المؤيد لتحديد خططها وبرامجها وطبيعة و extent العمل، وتخطيط وجدولة برامج الصيانة الوقائية.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">اتخاذ قرارات بخصوص أولويات العمل واستغلال المعدات وبدائل الإصلاح وطرق الصيانة لتقليل توقف المحطة وتقليل الخسائر.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">العمل عن كثب مع موظفي التشغيل والهندسة لحل مشاكل الصيانة أو التآكل/العطل غير العادي.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">اتخاذ قرارات أو توصيات بشأن أفضل الممارسات وإجراءات التشغيل.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">مراجعة مقترحات عقود مبدئية، بدء واعتماد أوامر الخدمة، وقبول أو رفض الأعمال المنفذة.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">ضمان التشغيل الصحيح لأنظمة المبنى مثل التكييف والإضاءة وأنظمة الاتصالات.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">المشاركة في مشاريع جديدة أو أنشطة البناء كما تقررها الإدارة.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">إجراء عمليات إدارة التغيير (MOC) بعد موافقة الفريق.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">الحفاظ على السجلات ذات الصلة والمقارنة بنظام الصيانة.</li> </ul> <h3 style="font-size:18px;
