Job Details

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management and internal departments on contractual, operational, and compliance matters.

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and amend contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.

  • Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions to safeguard the company's interests.

  • Manage legal disputes, claims, litigation matters, and coordinate with external legal counsel.

  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders on legal matters.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.

  • Support corporate governance, compliance initiatives, audits, and regulatory inspections.

  • Provide legal support to HR, Finance, Operations, Credit Control, and other business functions.

  • Maintain legal records, case files, reports, and confidential documentation.

  • Supervise and mentor legal team members while ensuring timely completion of legal assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.

  • Professional legal certifications will be an added advantage.

  • 3–8 years of experience in legal, corporate legal, compliance, or litigation functions.

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws, legal procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience in the construction, engineering, heavy equipment, industrial, or corporate sector is preferred.

  • Strong experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal documentation.

  • Good understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

  • Excellent analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

  • Prior supervisory or team management experience is preferred.
