Role Summary The Venue Technology Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of technology services at tournament venues. The role assists with equipment setup, testing, basic troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams and suppliers to help ensure venue technology is ready and operational. Job Purpose:The role supports the organization's cybersecurity and business continuity objectives by maintaining robust network security controls, managing network-related security incidents, and ensuring the resilience and availability of critical network services. Key Responsibilities:Implement, administer, and monitor network security controls in compliance with ISO 27001 standards. Job Overview Act as a Senior IT Engineer for the Saudi Arabia branch — the technical backbone of local IT delivery — owning local IT infrastructure, operations, security and compliance, and asset management end-to-end as an individual contributor, while serving as a key IT liaison between China HQ and the subsidiary. You will execute local IT strategy, ensure regulatory and information-security compliance, and drive global corporate IT standards adoption locally. Minimum 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience; proven track record supporting IT compliance and security programs (e.g. audits, regulator liaison, ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / PCI DSS alignment) is required. Own and operate the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational policy. Chair and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings, ensuring effective risk assessment and authorization of changes. Review, evaluate, and approve or reject Request for Change (RFC) submissions based on risk, impact, and resource availability. Maintain the Change Schedule (Forward Schedule of Change u2014 FSC) and coordinate change windows with operational teams. Assess the risk and business impact of proposed changes, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies and rollback plans are in place. Identify conflicts, dependencies, and potential clashes between concurrent changes across infrastructure, applications, and services. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units during planned changes, upgrades, and service windows.
